Hi there! I’m planning a trip to Japan in November for about three weeks. I’m flexible on dates and duration. I’ve started drafting an itinerary that we can tweak based on everyone’s interests. I’m into Japanese culture and food, temples, hot springs, and street food… Who’s in?! ☺️

Hello, I’m planning a trip to the Kansai region for the last three weeks of November. The last time I was there was two years ago. One week of exploring: Himeji, Okayama, Kurashiki + 3 days on Shikoku Island, and two weeks in Kyoto. Over the course of 7 trips before COVID, I spent more than a year in Kyoto. It’s the most fabulous time to visit Japan for the maple trees changing color.

I’m 80 years old and travel at least two months every year. I’ll continue to Thailand in December.

Surprised to see someone heading there at this time of year. I live in Dax in the southwest. Let me know if you’re still planning your trip. Gilbert

hi there I’m also planning a trip to Japan in October-November. I’ll be in Tokyo from November 19th to the 28th, give or take 2-3 days, and then I have to head back in early December. I haven’t organized my exact route or fixed departure/return dates yet. I’m thinking of leaving in the second half of October and doing a loop from Tokyo to Toyama, Kanazawa, the Lake Biwa area, Nagoya, and then back to Tokyo along the coast—it’s still a bit up in the air. This’ll be my 4th trip to Japan! My interests: the Japanese countryside and natural sites, temples, museums, onsens, gastronomy, and whatever opportunities come my way—basically, all of Japan :D
