Je suis étudiant en premiere année de médecine à Paris, et je me dirige vers un metier de medecin humanitaire.
Avec un ami je pensais effectuer un voyage humanitaire cet été et je recherche des projets, eventuellement en Afrique, afin d'apprendre a connaitre les conditions de tels metier, en faisant du bénévolat.
Nous sommes un groupe de six jeunes(de 21 à 23 ans) et nous recherchons deux autres jeunes comme nous(serieux, motivés et disposés à s'investir dès maintenant) pour monter avec nous un projet humanitaire au Sénégal déjà bien entamé!
Le départ est prévu pour Aout ou Septembre 2004.
Le thème du projet est le SIDA.Notre projet s'articule selon trois axes:
Une série de collectes en France
Une semaine ou deux de bénévolat au sein d'une association de prévention contre le SIDA
Un reportage photo

Mais pourrais-tu me donner plus d'information, notamment en ce qui concerne la façon de se rendre au sénégal, et surtout sur le déroulement du projet car je n'ai pas compris si le projet entier demandait de nous une disponibilité d'1 mois, ou si c'etait uniquement le reportage photo qui durerait un mois.
Je tiens aussi à ajouter, que nous sommes très motivés mais que nous n'avons pas de formation particulière.Ce serait notre premier projet humanitaire..Mais cela nous interesse énormément.

En fait pour se rendre au Sénégal on devra prendre l'avion.
Nous travaillons sur le projet depuis le mois de Janvier et nous continuerons à le faire jusqu'au départ, qui est dailleurs prévu pour Août ou Septembre 2004.Le voyage durera un mois:Les deux premières semaines seront consacrées au bénévolat au sein d'une association de prévention contre le SIDA et les deux dernières au reportage photo.
Est-ce plus clair?
Mais si vous souhaitez venir vous devez savoir qu'il faut que vous nous aidiez et que vous prévoyez un jour par semaine au moins pour les reunions du groupe.
Rassurez-vous c'est également notre premier projet humanitaire mais nous sommes bien renseignés sur le sujet et nous sommes très bien encadrés.

Seulement, je suis cet année obligé de me consacrer pleinement à mes études (et oui la première année de médecine est loin d'etre la plus facile..), et mème si je trouve normal, et vraiment interessant de preparer un projet comme le votre, dans le but de le concretiser, je ne pense avoir la possibilité de lui consacrer un jour par semaine à mon grand regret...Je me doute que cela puisse vous etonner, j'en suis vraiment desolé.Je pourais cependant consacrer beaucoup de temps pendant les vacances (c'est à dire à partir de debut juin), mais je comprendrais que cela ne vous suffise pas.
IJe dois ajouter qu'un départ au mois de septembre ne serais pas possible en ce qui me concerne...

En fait mon pote pourait peut-ètre assister aux reunions, on en parlerait, et je pourrais peut etre participer aux collectes, donc tout espoir n'est pas perdu..En tout cas jvoudrais que tu sache que nous sommes très motivés!

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
