Brussels Climate and Weather
Location Map of Brussels
Climate Overview
Like the rest of the country, Brussels has a temperate oceanic climate. It is characterized by fairly cool summers and quite pronounced winters that are not, however, freezing. Regardless of the season, showers and drizzle are quite common (slightly less in spring and a bit more at the end of the year), with an average of around 200 rainy days per year. Conversely, the level of sunshine is relatively low.
Best Climate Period for Brussels
If you want to enjoy the most pleasant temperatures, June to September is the best time, as opposed to October to March, which is the coldest, cloudiest, and rainiest period.
