Climate Overview
The island has a Mediterranean climate with sunny, hot, and dry summers. Winters are mild and accompanied by sometimes heavy rainfall. In terms of temperatures, the thermometer rarely drops below 10°C in winter and rarely rises above 30°C in summer. In terms of climate (and even visitor numbers), the best time to visit is spring or early autumn.
