Dubrovnik Climate and Weather
Location Map of Dubrovnik
Climate Overview
Dubrovnik, like the rest of the coast, has a Mediterranean climate with relatively mild winters and dry, hot summers, though somewhat tempered by the sea. However, autumn and early winter see rainfall and are also windy, with cold and sometimes violent winds.
Best Time to Visit for Climate
Late spring and early autumn are excellent times to visit, as is summer (though it gets quite crowded and prices rise) for those who prioritise beach time.
