For French Citizens

No visa is required for stays of less than 3 months. However, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your entry date. Upon arrival in Chile, you will be given a "Tarjeta Unica Migratoria" (Unique Migratory Card) to keep and return when you leave.

Easter Island

Entry requirements for Easter Island are the same as for mainland Chile. However, to preserve the island’s culture and environment, the maximum stay is limited to 30 days. Return tickets and proof of accommodation will be checked by local authorities before you are granted access to the island.
