In France, both for individuals and professionals, the "travel advice" from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding precautions for each country has legal value. A similar online travel advice system exists in several countries:

Crime and Delinquency
Urban crime, particularly in Paramaribo and Albina, is quite common, sometimes involving violent acts. Therefore, caution is advised. As always, by taking basic precautions such as not flaunting wealth, avoiding deserted beaches, not walking alone at night in isolated areas, opting for official taxis, and being careful in public transport, risks can be significantly reduced. In case of assault, it is advisable not to resist and to always carry "something" to give to attackers. If you have a vehicle, it is highly recommended to use guarded parking lots, leave nothing inside, drive with windows and doors closed, and of course, avoid driving at night.

If you encounter problems while traveling abroad, the consular services of your country can assist you. It is also worth noting that if you are a citizen of the European Union and your country is not represented, you can contact any other representation of an EU member state.
