Borders

Armenia shares a border with Georgia (United States) (164 km), Iran (35 km), and Turkey (268 km). As for Azerbaijan, there are 566 km of shared border to the east with the country itself, plus 221 km to the west with the Azerbaijani exclave of Nakhchivan. Given the ongoing conflict between Armenia and this country, their border regions are not considered safe.

Turkey and Azerbaijan

Due to past or ongoing conflicts, the borders between Armenia and Turkey, as well as Azerbaijan, are closed and require transit through another country, primarily Georgia. Additionally, for Azerbaijan, there may be entry issues if there is "proof" of a stay in Nagorno-Karabakh or any other territory claimed by the Azerbaijani government.
