Boutique hotel with kids in Chiang Mai

Hi there! We’re heading to Thailand next February and will be stopping in Chiang Mai with our 4- and 6-year-olds, plus a couple of friends with a 6-year-old as well. We’re looking for a boutique-style hotel (we’re not big fans of large chain establishments if we can avoid them) with a pool. The tricky part is finding family rooms.

Any recommendations, please? :) Thanks so much for your help!

See you soon! !

Hi there,

Take a look at Agoda. You can filter by location, whether there's a pool, and a bunch of other options. There are usually lots of photos of the hotels and rooms. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find reviews from travelers worldwide (people who actually booked through the site and stayed in the rooms), which can help you decide about the places.

Hello,

A few years ago (early March 2020—bad memories!!!) we spent 4 or 5 nights at Pha Taï House, and it was really perfect. Plus, the owner at the time—and maybe it’s still the same person—spoke French very well and helped us a lot with booking our tours.

Best regards.

The Furama, a 3-star right in the city center with family rooms from 40 to 80 m², very affordable prices
