Bonjour, durant mon séjour en RD à punta cana je souhaiterai faire une excursion, j'hesite entre l'ile de saona et manati park, quelle excursion me conseillez-vous?

voici mes experiences perso . saona sans hesitation
excursion saona
depart de l'hotel en car 1h45 de transfert pour arriver au bateau vers bayahibe. depart en bateau rapide vers un site ou on plonge avec des poissons de toutes les couleurs. superbe.puis on nous amene vers un bateau + gros ou on danse et boit le rhum coca a volonté. 1h30 de transfert avec les dauphins qui vous suivent. a saona barbecue sur la plage. on reste 3h00 a profiter de la plage puis retour en bateau rapide. la ca decoiffe. on vous amene vers un site pour plonger pour voir des etoiles de mer. encore rhum coca. puis retour au point de depart en 20 minutes. retour a l'hotel.
manati park
deja à l'entrée on vous prend votre bouteille d'eau si vous venez avec pour vous pousser a acheter les leurs (gonflé) on vous propose de nager avec les dauphins : 10 minutes pour 70$ entrée incluse sinon entrée enfant 15$, adulte 25$. en fin de compte ca dure 2 a 3 minutes. vous caressez le dauphin1 ou 2 minutes, il vient vous faire un bisou ensuite vous attrapez ses nageoires et vous ramene au bord. tout ca photographié par qqun du parc qui vous vend la photo 8$ et qui vous ecarte pour que vous ne puissiez pas photographier et vendre sa photo. donc je trouve ca un peu exagéré mais businness is business.
sinon le parc est un peu decevant. sur le depliant on vous dit que vous verrez des requins (je les cherche encore), 5 ou 6 tortues dans une eau sale, des iguanes ou vous pouvez descendre dans la fosse pour les carresser, qques orchidées, des toucans perroquets, 4 ou 5 crocodiles et c'est tout. les spectacles de chevaux et perroquets, danses sont sympas mais on reste sur sa faim.
Safari Bavaro Runner, leur bureau est à Bayahibe, à coté de Fine Cigare, (à voir) derrière l'hotel Dominicus Beach. Je pense que c'est vendu dans tous les hôtels.
Le Safari : Vous partez à la journée dans un petit camion, vous traversez des champs de cannes à sucre avec arrêt au milieu de nul part pour manger de la canne à sucre et boire de la vitamine, vous empreintez des chemins plus ou moins pratiquable, arret dans une école, repas dans un ranch perdu au milieu de la montagne mais dans super cadre, balade a cheval traversé de rivière, visite de plantation avec dégustation de fruits, de café, de chocolat produit sur place, combat de coq.
Ce fut pour moi, ma plus belle sortie. Elle se fait aussi de Punta Cana. Pour le prix, désolé je ne m'en souvient pas.
En mer, tu peut faire du speed boat, petit bateau rapide à deux places. Si tu vas à Saone, un des trajet se fait en barque rapide (attention les fesses sur les vagues), Il y aussi tous les objet gonflable tirés derrière les bateaux.
Sur terre, il y a des sorties en quad.
Pas de Jet Ski, depuis peu il y a une loi qui interdit dans louer, si tu en vois, c'est des jets privés.
Je pars pour punta cana le 4/02/2005 je vais au Bavaro princess.
J'ai fait Bahaybe en février 2004 pendant 1 semaine et 3 semaines en aout 2004 au casa del mar. Le paradis j'espère ne pas être trop décu par le Bavaro Princess.
Je sais que tu es un fan du Casa del Mar, sans connaître les 2 hôtels j'aurai tendance à dire que le Bavaro Princess est mieux et ton avis sera précieux au forum.
tu sais ke je suis pas encore partie et au départ lorsque j'ai découvert cette possibilité de nager avec les dauphins j'étais emballée par l'idée d'offrir cela à mon fils mais en y reflechissant 5 mn et aprés avoir lu les commentaires j'imagine la chose et suis bien d'accord avec toi laissons les vivre en paix ce sont des animaux magique comme tous les autres d'ailleurs non à leur exploitation ds de telles conditions je précise que je n'ai rien à voir avec brigitte B
merci pour les photos, saona c'est une excursion que je ne veux pas manquer trouve t'on des coquillages a rapporter, est ce autorisé de prendre une étoile de mer, pas d'affolement c'est juste une question merci
oui oui pas de trouble pour les étoiles de mer (maximum 10 sec hors de l'eau)... mais les coquillage...nous avons pas le droit d'en mettre dans notre sac à dos. 🙁
as tu vu les baleines et dauphins sur l'île saona? c'est la première fois que je vais en RD, je pars à l'hotel Eldorador caraibe à punta cana! tu connais?

je viens de revenir du punta cana jai ete en catamaran cest 82$$$ US jai pas vu de dolphin et baleine mais sa lair que des fois oui et il y a des temps meilleurs que d'autre !!!! Moi je vais vous dire mon avis sa vallais pas le prix que nous avons payé et comparer cuba a cayo coco ou guillermo qui t'amene a la plage pillar sa cest magnifique et tres beau mais saona je ne vois rien d'exceptionnelle et surtout pas qu'il y a a peu pres 1000 personne sur la plage ...L'apnée rien de special a voir etk moi personnellement jai rien trouver de special ............ aller a cuba et vous aller vois cest quoi quelque choses de beau melanie
Je confirme tout cela : Saona, OUI (mais pas de dauphins et encore moins de baleines), Manati Park, NON (pour que ce mouroir à dauphins ferme ou se reconvertisse vers autre chose que l'exploitation à outrance de ces pauvres bêtes).

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). I’m not necessarily aiming for the cheapest resort, but since it’s spring break week and everything’s already pricier, 5-star options are probably out of the question. Thanks!

We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

However, online, I’ve found two sites for making this reservation:
The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
