Cela dépend beaucoup de votre itinéraire et des sites à visiter.
Si vous faites des parcours classiques entre des villes, vous avez toujours des pharmacies qui sont ouvertes tôt le matin et qui ferment tard le soir.
Si vous allez sur des endroits isolés, vous pouvez toujours avoir une trousse de premier secours comme vous le faites en France (désinfectant type Bétadine, compresses stériles, bande extensible), des médicaments basiques contre les douleurs (Paracétamol, Spasfon Lyoc...), un antibiotique à large spectre (Clamoxyl 1 g), un antiseptique intestinal (Ercéfuryl 200).
Vous pouvez parfaitement constituer votre trousse de secours et vos médicaments une fois sur place, cela coute 6 fois moins cher qu'en France.

En complément au message d'Abalonne, vous avez intérêt à amener avec vous les notices explicatives de vos médicaments, elles seront les bien venues pour demander au pharmacien ou son assistant qui n'est pas sensé parler FRANÇAIS ou ANGLAIS mais connait parfaitement les termes de pharmacologie le produit identique ou similaire correspondant à vos besoins.
Ne les laissez pas ces notices dans vos boites mais gardez les sur vous au cas où vous perdriez vos médicaments et puis bien sur vos ordonnances

Ne pas amener de médicaments dont vous n'auriez plus l'usage.
Ce qui était utile il y a une dizaine d'années n'est plus d'usage maintenant, il y a a peu près partout des pharmacies très bien fournies.
Au cours de mes voyages, j'ai eu besoin de faire appel à un dentiste pour une dent à pivot déchaussée par un caramel assassin la veille de mon départ de France; aucun souci pour sa remise en place effectuée dans un petit cabinet en bord de rue
près de l'hôpital d'Hanoï, et ce dans des conditions similaires aux nôtres et moins cher que chez nous
L'an dernier, consultation aussi dans un hôpital, pour une inflammation du coude (de retour en france j'ai su que c'était un hygroma) Le toubib avait prescrit le bon médoc. Le seul point de regret c'est d'avoir été pris en charge tout de suite alors qu'il y avait une file d'attente importante. J'ai eu un peu honte de passer devant tout le monde et de trouver à mon passage les portes grandes ouverte.
Je m'attendais à ma sortie à des visages fermés et bien non, aucun reproche même ceux qui semblaient les plus atteints me souriaient .....
Dernier point dans le même domaine, allez visiter à HANOÏ, pas loin du centre ancien ce que j'appelle la rue des médicaments, la rue Lan Ong, où les herboristes sont les uns à coté des autres, mêlés à de véritables pro de la médecine par les plantes ou les champignons, qui donnent consultation en blouse blanche, quasiment aussi sur le bord de la rue. C'est amusant à voir, ça sent bon ....
En complément de ces messages, précisez bien à votre médecin si vous êtes allergique à la Pénicilline . dans ce cas pas de Clamoxyl, mais il y a tout un autre choix d'antibiotiques.........

en ce moment, maintenant, il y a beaucoup de zonas dus a ....je ne sais pas .... peut etre la chaleur...
mon beau pere m'a donne une remede chinois mais ca n'a pas bien marche..
en plus maintenant on attrappe des petits boutons rouges qui grattent dans le coup qui sont dus a la forte chaleur...
alors prends un remede contre le zona...ici les pharmacies donnent "aciclovir", je crois que c'est pour j'herpes mais ca marche...

Je me suis trouvé au moi de mai au Vietnam, par les journées les plus chaudes et moites que je n ai jamais connues ici - il est vrai que c'est mon premier voyage à cette époque.
Rapidement j'ai eu quelques plaques de rougeur sur le torse mais pas du tout irritantes.
Je n'ai mis aucune pommade; seules les douches rafraichissantes (1) et a mon retour en France tout à disparu.
(1) quand je dis rafraichissantes c'est un peu exagéré car les réservoirs en inox étant situées sur le toit des immeubles , en plein soleil, l'eau est chaude même au robinet d'eau froide l'après midi.
Vous avez parfaitement raison : le mois de mai au Vietnam peut être très chaud.. c'est cette année que vous y avez été ? -
Pour les plaques de petits boutons rouges on en déduira donc que c'est surtout la chaleur qui déclenche ça, alliée à.. peut-être acariens, peut-être pollution, quoique celle-ci n'est guère plus importante que sous nos latitudes..😉😉

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.
After all that, and even though I’ll obviously contact the relevant authorities in each country (fingers crossed for a response 😛), here’s my question:

I have several chronic conditions (including asthma and related ones), and I’m planning to travel for a year across different countries.
Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
I plan to bring my prescriptions with the INN (International Nonproprietary Name), as well as the original packaging (even though it’s a nightmare, but from what I understand, it’s necessary). But I’m not sure if that’s enough...

We, as parents, have been through it in Egypt with pretty bad cases, but we’d really like to avoid that for our daughter.
