Tu commences ton séjour à La Havane, 150 km + - de Varadero ; entre les deux Matanzas
Vara c'est une presqu'ile, la petite ville a proximité de la zone balnéaire, une grande peninsule et de nombreux hotels vivant en vase relativement clos, de vrais cubains certes mais zone d'accès restreint réservés a ceux qui y travaillent (il y a des exceptions mais c'est la tendance) avec la possibilité d'aller vers Matanzas, meme Trinidad pour les plus aventureux pour une excursion d une journée : en gros un bocal de bonne taille avec beaucoup de poissons (c est une image) : les plages y sont superbes mais en dehors des hotels pas grand chose à faire ; dauphins ou excursion en catamaran possibles, une authentique maison de milliardaire des années 20
A une bonne distance de La Havane, 4/500 km a vue de nez si ce n'est plus Cayo Coco ou Cayo Guillermo ;
deux iles, zones interdites d'accès aux cubains qui n'y travaillent pas d'une manière très étanche cette fois, - au bout d une longue route de pierres posée sur la mer, poste de controle restreint à l'entrée, isolées de tout, uniquement des hotels les uns à coté des autres, rien à des km dans les deux cas donc plage plage plage en inclusive et activités nautiques diverses en payant. Si on y arrive direct en avion on ne voit rien de rien
un conseil achete le Guide du Routard et lis le avant de faire ton choix mais en passant par La Havane tu auras déja vu un peu de Cuba, le reste est vraiment un choix de repos ou d'action..
je vais encore réflechir mais la chose qui est sur, c'est que je vais aller à La Havane.
Pour le reste de la semaine, ce ne sera que de la farniente donc l'un ou l'autre fera l'affaire 😉

J'ai un peu peur de passer trop de temps dans les transports et le transfert d'hotel et de ne pas assez profiter de mon voyage.
Penses-tu que cela va etre trop court ?
Y a aussi la possibilité de réserver uniquement un séjour et de faire l'excursion d'une journée à La havane mais bon...............pas de nuit sur place 🙁
Varadero est a 150 km de la Havane et tu vas y passer 2 ou 3 h en transfert maxi : La Havane vaut beaucoup plus qu'une journee voyage inclus et tout peut s y faire a pieds, la partie historique c est 4 km carres maxi
ne prends pas un sejour Vara seul plus excursion la tu ne verras rien de la Havane
pour eviter les voyages choisis de rester quelques jours à La Havane (fais la tournee des bars d'Hemingway mais avec de l'eau citronnée !!) et vas te reposer et bronzer à Varadero pour quelques jours, tu auras vu la vie de Cuba à la Havane (a pieds pas besoin de guide, un bon livre Guide du Routard c est impec)
tout dépend a quel aéroport tu arrives, si c est Varadero ou la Havane : si tu veux voir LH je deconseille d'arriver dans les cayos, c'est vraiment loin et la tu auras du transport !!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
