Moi j'aimerais bien un jour essayer le Gran Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado, mais il est pour adulte seulement.
Nous retournons, cette année, pour la deuxième fois au Gran Bahia Principe El Portillo, près de Las Terrenas.
Nous avions beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. La plage est vraiment magnifique. On peut y faire de l'apnée. Il y a des coraux magnifiques. Mais tout de même de la place pour nager. On peut faire de la marche sur des kilomètres de plage surplombée de cocotiers.
Le site est de taille moyenne et les jardins splendides.
Les points plus faibles, la piscine est minuscule, le buffet aussi est petit, mais la nourriture très bonne. Les spectacles en soirée sont très très amateurs.
J'ai été au Gran Bahia Principe l'an passé et j'ai trouvé ça parfait!!!
L'Hotel est très propre, le personnel courtois, la bouffe excellente!! La nature y est vraiment très belle à Samana!! En plus, tu peux prendre un gua-gua et te rendre au petit village de LAs Terrenas juste à côté!! On a aussi loué un 4X4 pour aller voir d'autres plages et les plantations de café!! J'Ai vraiment adoré mon voyage!!
Revenant le 20 janvier 2012 de l'hôtel Lookea Samana à Las Galeras, je vais être très synthétique...(Hôtel & Excursions):
1) Hôtel Look Samana: a tout pour mériter ses 4 étoiles dans les années 1950 mais nous sommes en 2012...et dans un 4 étoiles (même local !!!) il faut de l'eau chaude tout le temps, des serviettes et des draps non troués, des robinets qui fonctionnent, une salle de bain qui ne ressemble pas à celle des mes grands-parents (cela dépend des parties de l'hôtel ou vous serez logés (certains bâtiments sont plus récents que d'autres, voila pourquoi les avis divergent parfois et de bonne foi, sur les sites) et surtout une nourriture qui soit mangeable (certains plats sont si cuits et si salés qu'ils en deviennent inmangeables, de plus il est inutile de chercher des fruits frais ou du poisson frais...)
2) ATTENTION AUX EXCURSIONS: celles de l'hôtel sont très frayeuses mais au moins il ne vous arrivera pas ma mésaventure avec un commerçant appelé AUGUSTO dont l'échope est à Las Galeras ( à 500m de l'hôtel). J'avais lu certains commentaires élogieux sur le site Look (selon la police, la direction de l'hôtel et les français travaillant lmà-bas, il se sert de comparses) à son égard avant de partir sur place et me suis dit "je ne vais pas payer "plein pot" la même excursion à l'hôtel et vais aller directement chez lui"...bien mal m'en a pris car j'ai eu beaucoup de problèmes avec cette personnes (je dis "je" mais nous étions 5 touristes français dans ce cas ....)
Je ne peux rentrer trop dans les détails sous peine de voir mon avis "supprimé" pour cause de non-respect de la déontologie du site mais je peux vous assurer qu'après m'être battu (physiquement) avec lui pour récupérer une partie de mon argent et avoir vu la crosse du révolver de ce monsieur (port autorisé en RepDom)au moment où il se sentait acculé, je m'en souviendrais longtemps.
Vous l'aurez compris, la RepDom c'est très beau mais certains commerçants gâchent le tableau...

l'hotel et correcte c'est vrai il aurais besoin qu'ont re face les chambres comme les baignoires, car ont ne peu pas prendre des bains pas bouchon. les rideaux fenêtre arracher dans le bas .
Mais se n'est pas un 5 étoiles !
Mais question bouffe trés bien manger ya du choix mes filles pour le petit dejeuner elle se sont régaler corne flex croissant crépe pain normaux ou briocher chocolat lait thé café mon mari manger des omelettes faite devant vous avec les ingrédiants qui'il voulais.ya du fromage ect...le petit inconvenant c'est les fruits pas mure et les jus fruit plutot chimique.
Mais vous parler pas des jardins et la végétation qui et super moi je vais en vacance pour le cadre le repos mais pas pour m’arrêter sur des petit détaille .
Car la chambre ont y est que pour dormir.
question pour les excursions je les et faite a l'extérieur faute de prix, mais super.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
