Double nationalité franco-thaï
Bonsoir Bangkok123

Steps to recognize a Franco-Thai child?
Good evening,
I really don’t see how you can recognize a child who isn’t even born yet!
If I understood correctly, you’re not going to marry her, so I don’t see how she could come at any time.
Good evening Nemo, I know this from experience. You can do a prenatal recognition at your local town hall by providing your partner’s first and last name. They’ll ask for some information and give you a signed and stamped certificate. It makes the process of recognizing your child easier. Have a good evening.
After that, if you’re not married to your girlfriend, you’ll definitely have a hard time bringing her over unless you have a healthy bank account, which is important for the Thai authorities. If you have a job, a place to live, money, and insurance for your girlfriend, no problem in Thailand—then you multiply your chances. The truth is, it’s all about money, as usual.
