TDAC Address
It's really good.
When you arrive at a hotel, it's the hotel that reports you to immigration (TM30) via an app. Every hotel does the same (in principle). However, if you're staying with a private individual, it's up to them to report you to immigration as soon as possible, and it's up to you to keep the TM30 receipt obtained by your spouse in your passport. You can find the form online or at immigration.
TDAC Address
Hi there,
You can’t be asked for the TM30 at the airport since you get it once you’ve arrived at your accommodation.
However, you need to take care of it on the first business day after arriving at your spouse’s place.

Thailand and VAT refunds – how does it work?
OK, I didn’t know that.
Thailand and VOA: how does it work?
One per person, of course.
It's free, so watch out for pirate sites that charge you.
Thailand and TDAC: How does it work?
Where to find a shop selling minerals and crystals in Thailand (Bangkok/Chiang Mai)?
Hi there
I don’t know if it’s a trustworthy shop, but in the Chatuchak Market, inside the air-conditioned building with a food court on one of the levels near the escalators, there’s a shop that sells them.

Thailand and TDAC: how does it work?
Nothing complicated. And the boxes without a red star are optional.
Thailand trip: what to do if visa-free stay drops from 60 to 30 days?
Hi there,
Thailand isn’t going to buy fighter jets by taxing expats. And the more they raise taxes, the fewer expats there’ll be. They’ve tried it—we saw how that turned out. Thailand isn’t a third-world country. Sure, there are poor people, like everywhere, but there’s also a large middle class that pays taxes. The real risk is that they’ll raise the VAT, which is currently at 7%.

Making calls in France to a mobile without internet
You're welcome. That's what I think a forum is for, after all.
Calling a mobile in France without internet
Hi there,
To call France—landlines and mobiles—from Thailand, I use the mytello app. It’s not free, but it’s cheap and the sound quality is great. https://www.mytello.com/en_TH/

Refilling a liquid oxygen supplier in Chiang Mai
Hi there,
That’s a niche topic! Plus, I don’t know much about it. Still, I’ll give it a shot. The first challenge will be finding an airline that allows you to board with liquid oxygen. For refills, you could try contacting https://www.siamoxygen.com/ or Air Liquide Thailand. Maybe a major hospital in Chiang Mai, like Bangkok Hospital, offers this kind of service.
Good luck with your search.

Trip to Thailand: what to do if visa-free stay drops from 60 to 30 days?
The local economy is doing well—it's the low season for tourism, like every year.
I live in Thailand and can assure you there are no rationing tickets. 🙂
Just avoid areas where there are occasional gunfire exchanges, like you’d avoid the three separatist provinces in the deep south.
Accommodation and Visa for Thailand
No invitation letter is needed for Thailand.
However, you’ll need the full address to fill out the TM6 form 3 days before departure. Select "Friend's house" on the TM6 as your accommodation type.
Accommodation and Thailand Visa
For a few years now, there's no need to go to Paris anymore. Everything is done online (e-visa).
Trip to Thailand: what to do if visa-free stay drops from 60 to 30 days?
As mentioned before, you’ll be allowed 30 days extendable by another 30. But if it does actually drop to 30 days, to be sure you can board in Paris, buy a one-way ticket to a neighboring country.
Doctor recommendations in Bangkok
Hi there,
I’ve never been, but Bumrungrad Hospital has a great reputation, and they have a French-speaking interpreter. https://www.bumrungrad.com/en

Accommodation and Thailand Visa
Honestly, I don’t know, and rather than telling you something silly, I’d advise you to ask the Thai embassy. Email address: visa.par@mfa.go.th
Accommodation and Thailand Visa
For the visa, as already mentioned, it's a 60-day visa extendable by 30 days (let's be precise).
For Airbnb, from what I remember, it depends on the length of stay. In theory, renting for less than 30 days is prohibited. In practice, everyone does what they want—after all, it's the landlord who would be breaking the rules, not the tenant.
Little extra tip: when you do your TM30, put the same address as the one on your visa.
