Hi everyone, We’re two women of a certain age heading off to discover Chile for three weeks starting at the end of December. We’re not really hikers, but we’re planning a few days in Torres del Paine (flying from Puerto Montt to Puerto Natales), though we’re having trouble getting around the park by transport and finding reasonably priced accommodation... There are a lot of bad reviews about the services on-site and the prices—overtourism! Is it still doable this season? Rent a car from Puerto Natales airport? Or would it be better to focus on another region that’s just as beautiful but less touristy? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

As a senior woman, I’m planning a solo trip to Uzbekistan this time. I arrive in Urgench on April 18 and leave from Tashkent on May 9, so 3 weeks. 1 - Aral Sea: I’d like to start there. Has anyone had a recent experience to share? Depending on your feedback, I’ll decide whether to go or not—my whole itinerary shifts based on that! 2 - What’s the best way to get around between cities? The train seems preferable, but booking and paying from France is complicated… and I’d have to plan everything in advance 😕 3 - Has anyone gone directly from Samarkand to Fergana? If so, by what transport? Or is it mandatory to go through Tashkent? 4 - Any tips for the most frequent and reliable transport in the Fergana Valley? 5 - I’d also love recommendations for accommodations (hostels, guesthouses) and nice restaurants in the country!

Bonsoir à tous ! Nous partirons à 2 filles 10 jours aux Canaries à partir du 25 avril pour quelques jours à Tenerife et une semaine sur l'île de Gomera. Quelqu'un peut-il me conseiller un hébergement sympa (genre chambre chez l'habitant) à Tenerife ville ou Los Cristianos et aussi sur l'île de Gomera ? Un conseil pour un bateau de traversée ? Nous envisageons aussi de louer une voiture sur la Gomera pour nous rendre plus facilement au départ des randos. Une bonne idée ? Des cartes de rando faciles à trouver sur place ? Hello à tous ! je suis en train de préparer mon itinéraire de 25j en solo en Iran et me demande quels sont les meilleurs transports (bon rapport qualité/prix/temps) pour me rendre d'abord de Téhéran à Shiraz puis le circuit classique : Persepolis - Yazd - Espahan - Kachan puis Téhéran... ou autres villes intermédiaires si intérêt. Si vous avez des bons tuyaux d'hébergements je suis preneuse !
