Nous avons réservé une croisière de 2 semaines le 23 avril 2005 avec Royal Caribbean qui part de Puerto Rico et qui se termine a San Diego, en sortant du bateau nous ne revenons pas tout de suite a la maison, nous avons réservé une voiture et une chambre d'hôtel pour 3 nuits question de visiter une peu San Diego... Nous sommes 2 couples dans la début trentaines et nous voulons avoir des conseils pour visiter San Diego, les places a voir absolument et d'autres avec moins d'intérêt. Si quelques peut prendre le temps de me donner des conseils cela nous aiderais un peu. Nous partons de Montréal avec Delta et nous avons un transfert a Atlanta, je sais que c'est un gros aéroport mais dites-moi pour ceux qui l'ont déja fait si cela se passe bien. Nous ne sommes pas trop habitué des transferts encore moins au US.... Merci a l'avance

Je réserve lundi pour le Brisas Trinidad del Mar ou pour une croisière en caraibes occidentales. Je suis d'accord avec vous, ce n'est pas du tout le même genre de produit mais nous recherchons de la diversité dans nos voyages et ne savons plus que choisir!

Pourquoi pas une croisière, après avoir vu Cuba deux ans en ligne?

Ceci est donc mon dernier "Last call" concernant le Brisas Trinidad Del Mar. Tout commentaire serait grandement apprécié car je penche plus vers cette destination. Les croisières, je ne pense pas que ce cela soit pour moi! Mais nous sommes trois à voyager!

Je préfère la destination de Cuba car, c'est la plage.... Une croisière, pour moi, c'est une piscine! Pas besoin de vous dire que je préfère la plage aux piscines!

Il faut toutefois faire avec les goûts des autres. On me dit que la playa Ancon n'est pas propice à la baignade et que la mer n'est pas belle. Est-ce vrai???

Quand j'ai reservé le sejour chez Marsans on ma dit qu'on voyagerait avec CORSAIR, et aujourd'hui 4 jours avant le départ je recois un email qui m'indique que l'avion Corsair est affreté via AIR PLUS COMET!!! j'ai fais pas mal de recherches sur interent sur cette compagnie est c'est vraiment catastrophique. L'age moyen de la flotte est de 17 ans!! (contre 4 ans pour Star airlines et 13 ans Corsair, 7 ans pour Aeroflot!). Air plus comet possede 3 Airbus A300/330 celui pour la Rep. dominicaine a été mis en circulation en 1988!! et il est passé par plusieurs compagnie (Pan am, Delta, Oman Air, Bal air, Air Plus Argentina). Cette compagnie a eu un accident à Orly le 10 janvier 04 (avion qui arrivait du Brésil), l'avion est sorti de piste à l'atterissage, à l'aller le meme avion avait eu un probleme de fuite de kerosene!!.Je ne parle meme pas des temoignages sur les forums étrangers de gens qui se plaignent d'avions vetustes et de nombreux problemes techniques.

Avec le drame de Flash airline c'est inadmissible qu' une agence comme MArsans et NF fasse voyager les gens dans des avions poubelles!! c'est scandaleux de cacher aux gens la vraie compagnie, je pense que la grande majorités de gens n'auraient meme pas reservé s'ils auraient su que c'était Air plus Comet.

Que faire? est ce qu'il y a un recours contre l'agence de voyage?

Nous avons réservé au Gran Paradise pour la première semaine de mars 2004. Avez-vous des suggestions à me faire quant aux chambres? En avez-vous une à me recommander ? Est-ce bien propre? J'ai réservé pour le playa pesquero pour février, puis quelqu'un m'a dit que pour les activités, les excursions et les choses à faire, à part les dauphins il n'y a rien d'autres à moins de faire beaucoup de route (1h ou 1 1/2H d'autobus).🤪

Si quelqu'un y est allé, j'aimerais savoir toutes les activités (que vous vous souvenez) que nous pouvons faire là-bas (chose à visiter, etc...) Vous pouvez ajouter vos commentaires, ils sont les bienvenus pour nous aider à faire des bons choix car nous n'avons qu'une semaine alors on ne veut pas perdre notre temps avec des visites ou activités qui n'en valent pas la peine.😉

We’ve booked our tickets for July—there’ll be 4 of us, maybe 6 (all in our sixties). We’d like to visit 4 islands: Arrival in Praia on July 8th Return from São Vicente on July 29th

Between those dates, I’m not sure how to split our time across each island. We’ll definitely spend at least a week on Santo Antão. We’re planning to visit Santiago, Fogo, São Vicente, and Santo Antão. We’re looking for easy hikes, diving, sightseeing, and a little beach time (but not too much). How do you think we should divide the 3 weeks among the islands? Is 3 days in Fogo enough? Are guides essential, and can we easily find them on the spot? Should we rent a car, given we won’t just be hiking?

Since I already know the city, I’d love to see something else, but I’m realizing that transport is really slow.

I wanted to go to Karlovy Vary, but it takes longer than I thought… Plus, we won’t be staying near the train station.

So I’m looking for a day trip that’s MAXIMUM 1 hour away by transport.

I really don’t like spending too much time on transport, so if it’s not doable, I’ll just skip it.

If there’s nothing accessible, I won’t bother with day trips—it’s not a big deal.

It's really simple and without any reservation—I wouldn’t recommend Kenya Airways. I travel about three times a year and have been doing so for 23 years, and I’ve never said that about an airline before. Sure, they serve food all the time, but it’s not even good. The planes themselves are fine. As for the rest, here are the issues: Just to be clear, everything that happened to me also happened to everyone I spoke with on various Kenya Airways flights. 1. Booked 12 flights with decent schedules. In the end, nearly all of them were changed, resulting in sleepless nights, arrivals in the middle of the night, or arrivals 24 hours later than originally planned. 2. Luggage arrived 24 hours late. 3. Flights canceled and delayed mid-trip. So, hours spent in transit zones. They’re very nice and try to fix the problems, but you end up wasting so much time struggling. For example, getting to the hotel they provide can be a huge hassle, and it often isn’t even valid in the end. You might even risk missing your flight.

I haven’t finalized my itinerary yet, but my plan is to spend 2 nights in Mumbai (hotel booked in Colaba), a few nights in Nashik, and then head down to Gokarna. I’m a young-at-heart sixty-something who stays very active and loves traveling. This will be my third trip to "southern" India, so I know what to expect in terms of cultural differences. Plus, my native language is English, so I have no trouble understanding or being understood, no matter the accent over there. Everything was going well until my wife wanted to see Milan... Out of 11 days, why not spend a day there, even though I’m not really a "city" person? Then I discovered ZTLs (Zona a Traffico Limitato)...

A 90 € fine if you’re unlucky enough to drive into one, and another 90 € if you drive out... While I was looking for info on where to park without risking a fine in Milan (any tips?), I found out that Como also has a ZTL. (Any parking advice there too?)

My question is: is there a map showing all the cities with ZTLs? Because if it means getting hit with hundreds of euros in fines 9 months later... 😕

The more I look for info, the more I come across unsettling stories... Like people who pass a ZTL sign, turn around immediately, and still get hit with two 90 € fines in 3 minutes... I don’t want to ruin the vacation over a small mistake...

Hi everyone, I’ve booked a cruise on the Preziosa to Brazil in October 2025. I’d like to know if we can get a taxi right from the ship to São Paulo airport from the port of Santos. Short version: I booked through Croisières.fr, and everything went smoothly until my order was confirmed. When I requested a date change—due to administrative reasons—the sales rep initially assured me the fee would be 50 € per person, but then demanded 600 € (negotiated down to 338 €), even though the price remained unchanged. On top of that, Paul, the sales rep, was dishonest, claiming that drinks (excluding alcohol) were included and that there were "all-inclusive" packages for alcoholic beverages, which is completely false. All drinks—even water—are charged onboard. I had also requested a cabin with two separate beds to travel with my mother, a request that wasn’t honored, forcing me to sleep on a small couch. To make matters worse, all my emails and calls to customer service were ignored or handled carelessly. While the cruise itself was satisfactory—thanks to Costa for the onboard organization—I recommend booking directly with Costa to avoid these bad surprises with Croisières.fr.

Long version: I booked a cruise for two through Croisières.fr, and the process went perfectly until the final confirmation of my order, which initially reinforced my trust. However, as soon as I requested a change in departure dates—due to a delay in obtaining my mother’s ID card—the situation quickly deteriorated. During this process, Paul, the Croisières.fr sales rep, initially told me that the date-change fee would be only 50 € per person. To my surprise, I was then hit with an exorbitant processing fee of 600 €, which was eventually negotiated down to 338 €. This turnaround was all the more baffling because the new cruise offered was priced exactly the same as the original booking on the website.

The situation worsened when the cruise line later changed the dates for internal reasons at Costa. The new dates didn’t work for us at all, especially because of my mother’s non-reschedulable medical appointment. Despite my flexibility and numerous phone calls and emails, we were forced to accept these new dates against our will. It took a lot of effort to secure another slot, even though we had been accommodating on almost all other dates.

I also noticed other serious shortcomings in Croisières.fr’s sales service. Paul, the sales rep, turned out to be dishonest: he claimed that drinks (excluding alcohol) were included in the ticket price and that there were "all-inclusive" packages for alcoholic beverages. That’s absolutely not true! Without a package, all drinks—even water—are charged onboard. Additionally, I had specifically requested a cabin with two separate beds to travel with my mother. I’m willing to accept rules and constraints if they’re communicated upfront, but these crucial details were never shared with me. What disappoints me the most is how my requests were handled by customer service. Everything was fine until the order was confirmed, and then suddenly, there was a complete lack of attention and follow-up, leaving a bitter taste.

That said, despite these issues, I was very satisfied with the cruise itself, and I’d like to sincerely thank Costa for their excellent onboard organization. Based on this experience, I strongly advise travelers to book directly with Costa to avoid the bad surprises and lack of follow-up that seem characteristic of Croisières.fr.

We’ve booked the CFC Viking Legends cruise (departing on 03/31/25), and the excursions have just been posted on the CFC website. What a disappointment... Stop in Copenhagen: 2 excursions offered, one of which includes +1.5 hours of walking Stop in Oslo: 2 excursions, one of which is a hike Stop in Sandnes (Stavanger): 2 excursions, one of which is a hike Lysekil (Sweden): 1 excursion, same as in Kristiansand and Zeebrugge.

We hesitated to book without knowing the excursions in advance, but the itinerary interested us. We were expecting more options for excursions... Since the ship leaves the day before from Zeebrugge, let’s hope there’s still space for the excursions. I’ll share our experience after we return from this first CFC discovery. MUM49
