Hi there, We’d like to visit Vietnam during the visa exemption period (45 days), and our flight ticket is already booked. After that, we plan to head to Cambodia via the fast boat from Chau Doc and return to Belgium from Cambodia. I don’t think we can buy the boat ticket from here. Do you think this is doable? I’m worried about potential issues at boarding in Brussels if I don’t have proof of leaving Vietnam after the 45 days. Thanks for your advice!

Hello, We’re sailing on the Norwegian Viva from Lisbon to Galveston. From what I’ve read on the NCL site, there’s no formal night; is that correct? If so, that’ll lighten the suitcase! 😊 The ship stops in Cabo Rojo in the Dominican Republic, and I haven’t found much info on this stop—it seems to be recent. I’m thinking of just heading to the seaside near the ship, but if you’ve got another **bon plan**, I’m all ears. Surprise this morning: all VF pages have a dark background... I'm not a big fan! Did I accidentally do something wrong yesterday while checking my profile? Or is this a decision on your part to change the background color for everyone? I seem to remember François suggested this option (screen background choice) to forum users back in 2020, shortly before the site became inaccessible. I looked in "my options" for a way to switch back to the old light background but didn’t find anything. What should I do? No pun intended, but thanks for shedding some light on this! :-)

We’re renting a car to explore Albania in September/October. We’ll start in the north and finish in the south. We’d love to drop off the car near Saranda and take the ferry to Corfu on foot, but it seems we’ll have to return it to Tirana since there’s nowhere else to drop it off. From there, we’d like to take a direct flight to Corfu, but I can’t find any direct flights... I really don’t want to connect through Athens and backtrack when we’re so close! Hi, I’d like to travel from Rabat to Tétouan. Besides the CTM option, which takes 4 hours from the CTM station, there’s the Supratours option that combines a train from Rabat to Tangier and then a bus from Tangier to Tétouan. From what I understand, Supratours is the bus company affiliated with Morocco’s national railway. My question is: where do we catch the bus after arriving at Tangier Ville train station? Is it right at the train station in Tangier Ville, or do we need to go to the bus station, which is pretty far from the train station? Thanks! Daniel

It’s been 3 years since I was last there, so I don’t have any recent references. Apparently, the French Canal+ subscription—and MyCanal—won’t work in Rwanda 😡 (whereas in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and I think—but not sure—in Kenya or Tanzania, there’s no issue 🤪).

I’ll be there during the 12th and 13th matchdays of the championship, but I have no idea where in the city (and especially which broadcaster?) to go.

Back in the day, Canal+ Rwanda mostly showed (exclusively?!?! 🤨) European football, basketball, and Formula 1. TV5 also broadcasted a Ligue 1 match live. But what about rugby?

Hi there, We’re planning a trip for 2 adults and 2 kids to Tanzania and Zanzibar. I’ve had a quick look, and the prices are starting to get pretty wild. We’ve got a budget of 8,000 €, and I was thinking of doing three or four days of safari and three or four days in Zanzibar, but even that seems like it might be over budget. Have you got any thoughts? I was also considering heading straight to Zanzibar and doing a one- or two-day excursion by plane instead—maybe that’d be cheaper than staying in a lodge. Or, je suis à Naples, et je ne trouve pas de carte. Celle du site internet du parc du Vésuve n'est qu'un schéma. Quelqu'un aurait une solution pour moi? Notamment la route n°6 La lungo la strada matrone ? Avec un départ au bout de la Via Cifelli. Est ce que c'est assez balisé pour s'y lancé sans réelle carte? Du coup on devait bivouaquer ensemble mais je pense qu'il est plus prudent de dormir en gite ou camping en étant seule. Pensez-vous qu'il faille absolument réserver ou qu'on peut se présenter en gite sans réservation? dt pour les camping? car je ne sais pas prévoir, j'aime improviser sur le moment (ce que je peux faire d'habitude avec ma tente) et je ne sais pas du tout combien d'étapes je vais faire. merci pour vos retours
