The old town
A blend of Portuguese and Arab styles, the old town is well worth a visit. The medina is well preserved, as are its mellah (Jewish quarter), the old Portuguese bastions, and parts of its ramparts. Wandering through its alleys and souks is a pleasure.

This is the other highlight. Azemmour has a vast beach, El Haouzia, two kilometers from the center, renowned for watersports.
