History of Skoura
What to see and do in Skoura
The palm grove
Skoura’s palm grove covers an area of 25 km². It is one of the few in Morocco that is still inhabited and cultivated, with several douars (villages) where ancestral traditions in agriculture and craftsmanship are preserved. The palm grove can be explored on foot, by bike, donkey, or horse.
The village
In addition to the palm grove, if you have time, you can visit the 17th-century Amerhidil Kasbah in the village.
