TRANSIT VISA PROCEDURE – RAMEE APARTMENTS - REQUIREMENTSVISA WILL TAKE 5 WORKING DAYS TO BE PROCESSED
1. Please kindly send the following documents as follows;
* Cleared colored passport copies of the guest
* Cleared latest colored passport photos (
picture size 40 kb maximum, picture type JPG or GIF, size 4.3cm X 5.5cm, white background and clear and close up of the head)
2. Regarding VISA processing, we are pleased to inform as under:
Anyone holding a valid BRITISH, Western Europe i.e.
France,
Italy,
Germany, Holland,
Belgium,
Luxembourg,
Switzerland,
Austria, Sweden, Norway,
Denmark,
Portugal,
Ireland,
Greece,
South Korea, Finland,
Spain,
Monaco,
Vatican City,
Iceland, Andorra,
San Marino, and
Liechtenstein and other countries i.e.
USA,
Canada,
Australia,
New Zealand,
Japan, Brunei,
Singapore, Malaysia,
Hong Kong and G.C.C. passport are provided with the visa upon arrival at the airport.

4. The transit visa is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. The maximum stay allowed is for duration of 14 days from the date of entry in
Dubai.
5. As per the UAE requirements the traveler's passport and visa would be retained by the hotel during their stay in
Dubai.
6. In case of any rejection of the visa, visa applied for or once the visa is ready and the person doesn't travel, the entire visa money is non refundable.
7. Please be informed that the visa money has to be paid in advance to the immigration department and hence, we would need the same in advance.
You can send us a letter giving the credit card number and expiry date and authorizing Ramee Hotel Apartments to debit your card towards visa expenses along with a photocopy of the credit card (Both sides).
8. The transit visa is valid for single entry only.
9. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:- Please read and complete
We will not be responsible for any person traveling, before a visa has been approved by
Dubai Immigration. While RAMEE HOTEL APARTMENTS will
apply for a visa on your behalf, the submission does not guarantee that the visa will be issued.
10 Any delay in processing/release of visas is entirely at the discretion of the local authorities
11. ALL DETAILS BELOW MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL and returned with CLEAR copies of the first three pages of your passport. The copies
Mentioning details like Name, Passport number, date of Issue, date of expiry, date of birth, Place of Birth and Place of Issue of the passport. Page
on which parent’s name is mentioned is also required.
12. Immigration requires that passports are valid for at least 6 (six) months after arrival date. UAE Immigration regulations require additional security checks to be conducted on certain nationalities. This may add an
additional day or two to processing time, also UAE Immigration regulations may prohibit Israeli passport holders or those with an entry stamp into
Israel from entering the country.

14. The RAMEE HOTEL APARTMENTS is sponsoring for your stay in
Dubai and therefore guests must remain at the hotel for the entire visit. As per the Immigration laws of
Dubai residing out of the hotel during your
stay in
Dubai is not permitted.
15. For visitors departing the UAE from any port other than
Dubai, we request that you fax us a copy of the departure stamp in your passport by fax as soon as you return home.
16. Please be advised about the following, regarding visas. To enter UAE a visa is issued by the Immigration Authorities govt. of
Dubai.
For the Immigration Authorities to issue a visa there has to be a sponsor in the UAE having valid license to sponsor an individual into the country. We as a hotel have license to sponsor an individual into
Dubai, UAE.
17. The visa issued by the Immigration department Government of
Dubai is valid for maximum 14 days stay in the UAE.
18. During the entire period of stay of an individual in the UAE, the sponsor is responsible for his activities and is also held responsible incase the individual does not exit the country after maximum 14 days period.
19.
Incase of an individual sponsored by our hotel does not exit the country within the stipulated time frame of 14 days; we are immediately fined AED 5000/- by the Immigration department. This fine has to be paid immediately failing which our license is held and blocked by the Immigration department Government of Dubai.
20. As we are facing problems on the above subject, our Management has taken a policy decision with reference to applying for Transit Visa for the hotel guests wherein we shall not sponsor any guests into the country without the following requirements.
You are requested to send us 02 separate authorizations as follows:PLEASE NOTE THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER HAS TO BE THE SAME PERSON FOR WHOM WE SHALL APPLY THE VISA FOR
