Not anymore.So, I just needed a renewal of an existing visa on a US passport, and I have had to return to my homeland.
Maybe, it's different from one country to the next. Maybe French have a better connection with the consulate? Call them?
I know that private companies from
Hong Kong (Terminal 1, level 1) are offering this service for tourist short term, 1 entry visa, maybe not for all types of citizenships.
These services should be found on the Internet... They seem to have a broad representation.
