MAIS, quel est ton probleme ? Tu desire quitter le
Maroc avec TON vehicule pour rejoindre ton nouveau pays. Correct ?
A/ verifier le prix de vente de ton vehicule sur place, le prix d'achat d'un similaire en russie, soustraire le premier et rejouter les frais de voyage, et tu aura une idée
B/ ne pas oublier que 5000kms, c'est 5000kms d'aventure possible, que l'on pourrai traduire par GALERES possibles, je pense en particulier a PL BY et RUS
C/ tu dois pouvoir essayer de partir en plaques MA et rester comme cela pendant deux ans, je ne conseille pas, mais ce doit etre amusant a vivre !!! (non je blague)
En tout cas, il faut que tu soit SUR et CERTAIN de vouloir amener ton KIA, et pas autre chose
Pour la fabrication "special MAROC", il y a peut-etre des options, mais je pense que depuis des années, les versions "grand export" qui ont fait fantasmés tant de genrations sont du passé
Tu n'a pas, d'ailleurs precisé OU en RUS, car tu n'aura pas le meme climat a OMSK ou VLADIVOSTOK
Si tu desire rellement et economiquement garder ton KIA, il faut :
a/ contacter la douane marocaine afin de connaitre les dispositions d'exportation (vehicule en regle fiscalement, sans probleme technique, etc)Facile tu es sur place
b/ contacter la douane russe pour les memes questions, mais a l'import :
Russian customs charge import customs duties on personal motor vehicles, with the exception of motor vehicles belonging to foreign diplomats.
In order to transport a motor vehicle across the Russian border, the importer must pay a deposit to
Moscow customs in advance. The amount of the deposit depends on year of manufacturing and the engine volume in c.c.
At the beginning of 2002, the deposit amounts were as follows:
Cars over 3 years old with an engine volume of under 2500 c.c: 1,500 Euro
Cars over 3 years old with an engine volume of over 2500 c.c: 3,500 Euro
Cars under 3 years old with an engine volume of under 2500 c.c: 7,000 Euro
Cars under 3 years old with an engine volume of over 2500 c.c: 15,000 Euro

The deposit can be used at the moment of import customs clearance in payment of import customs duties.
The deposit does not always fully cover the full amount of import duties that you will be charged for your motor vehicle when bringing it into
Russia. The actual amount of import customs duties will depend on the value of the car, the year of manufacturing, the engine type and volume in c.c. and the engine horse power.
