Campsite are now privatized there are five different offices to go to in order to get your campsite, and you need to get your permit from the wildlife Department before at any National Park or Reserve gate. Trying to Jungle your Itinerary in this summer can be frustrating and time consuming. That is when Travel Arrangements Agency can definitely help. We do all the telephoning, emailing and running back and forth to check availability for you. We can help plan your itinerary and route planning even alternative options to stay if needed. I confirm on your behalf and pick up all your vouchers and permits for you.
Once we all have the campsite bookings and entrance permits. We scan and send them to you or keep it safe in our office until you pass through to collect them.
We also do bookings for accommodation in hotels, Lodge, Guest house, chalets and camping site/ground’s, Flights, scenic flights, boat cruises/activities, car hire and Game Drives.
These need to be booked often a year in advance especially during peak season April and to October.
