Alors petite présentation, je m'appelle Alex, je suis étudiant et vais réaliser un stage à Bruxelles au siège de l'OTAN (Evere si je me tompe pas) de Janvier à Juillet 2010.
Je cherche donc un logement à Bruxelles pour cette période, voir pour dès début décembre. Quelqu'un pourrait me renseigner sur ces quelques petites questions ?
- Je voudrais savoir quelles sont les communes à privilégier ? On m'a parlé du quartier de l'Université, du centre ville et de Saint-Gilles ? Des avis sur ces coins ou même des plans à me proposer ? :)
- Quels sont les coins à vraiment privilégier pour trouver un logement abordable, dans un quartier jeune et sympa, et sur les lignes de bus qui vont au siège de l'OTAN ( numéros 65, 21, 12) ?

Je voulais rajouter une autre question concernant cette location à Bruxelles. Est-il possible de louer facilement pour une courte durée (6-7 mois) ? Notamment grâce aux adresses vlan ou immoweb ?
Bon ! Même si personne réponds, je me permets de faire passer un message que j'ai adressé à une autre personne en recherche de logement à Bruxelles pour un stage à l'OTAN. ça profitera aux autres au moins !
"Pour ce qui est des logements, ben ... moi j'ai trouvé un studio à Ixelles, donc je vais te filer quelques conseils qui t'aideront j'espère.
Tout d'abord, t'as le choix entre une chambre/studio à toi tout seul, ou tout simplement une coloc. A toi de choisir, sachant que niveau rapport taille/prix, la coloc est bien sûr le meilleur plan. Plus précisément, tu peux avoir une chambre, avec cuisine et sanitaires commun, pour à peu près 300 euros voire moins. Pour les studios meublés (car je pense que cherches absolument du meublé ...), il faut compter plus de 300 euros, voire 400. Pour ce qui est des coloc, c'est assez variable, mais tu peux habiter un grand appart de 80 m carré à deux, pour moins de 400 euros. Ce sont des chiffres approximatifs, mais qui me semblent assez corrects.
Concernant les quartiers les plus sympas, on m'a conseillé ceux-ci : Saint-Gilles, Ixelles, Botanique (Schaerbeek), Bruxelles centre. Je les ai trouvé malgré tout un peu cher, en tous les cas pour les studios, mais ça reste accessible. Sinon, tente de te rapprocher au maximum de l'OTAN. Ne va surtout pas Evere, municipalité où est basée l'OTAN, c'est moche, excentré, et ya rien à faire le soir. Je dirai que question proximité et qualité de vie (vie de nuit etc.), c'est bien d'être à Ixelles, Botanique et Bruxelles Centre, car les Bus en direction (65, 21, 12) sont dans le coin. En gros, ça te prendra 20 à 35 minutes pour aller à l'OTAN si t'es dans ces quartiers. Pour te donner une idée des itinéraires et du temps, va sur ce site : http://www.stib.be/...itineraire.html?l=fr
Un avant-dernier conseil ;) : va sur place pour te faire une idée du temps de transport, des lieux à habiter, mais surtout pour les VISITES ! En gros, tu organisers tes rdv, et tu te cales 2-3 jours pour les faire à Bruxelles. Pour te donner un exemple, ça m'a pris deux jours pour trouver un logement là bas. Beaucoup plus rapide et simple qu'à Paris ...

J'ai visité, très sympa, les proprios aussi, un poil cher je trouve mais bon ... Tout est meublé et équipé, t'as le net, et un bus pour l'OTAN est à côté. Fais vite, il ne restait qu'un studio libre quand j'ai visité.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
