Je sais que les logements sont tres chers mais mon employeur prends en charge le loyer, les charges et les factures eau+electricité. Pouvez vous me dire si il est possible de trouver quelque chose de bien (en meublé) pour environ 1600 euros/mois?
je n'ai pas de tarif récents, mon expérience remonte à 1991, j'avais trouvé un studio d'une
100 aine de m² sur la plage, au niveau de l'aéroport
c'était dans ces prix (relativement à la l'époque), c'était dans une résidence
avec gardiens communs etc...
on peut se rendre compte de la configuration des lieux avec google maps
mais pour aller bosser à ovendo ça faisait loin .....

Il n'y a pas des crèches dans chaque quartier non plus.

Je n'ai pas de chiffres exacts car tout dépend si vous achetez sur les marchés ou uniquement à Géant (ancien Mbolo); si votre femme sait marchander, si vous acheter une bouilloire électrique avant ce qui évitera d'acheter de l'eau en bouteille (plus de 1€ pièce), si vous mangez local ou bien si vous voulez toujours cuisiner à l'européenne.
Il est de bon ton d'avoir une femme de ménage/cuisinière (env.150€ max par mois pour une demi journée de travail) qui pourra enseigner à votre épouse comment cuisiner local ainsi que commetn faire ses courses. Ne pas hésiter à prendre le temps d'aller à Nkembo ou Mont Bouët, il y a plein de stand de deuxième main et autre petits affaires :)

Je suis gabonaise, je fais mes courses au marché et croyez-moi je ne m'en sort pas avec moins de 1 000 euros par mois pour mes courses.
Et en ce qui concerne mes charges fixes :
- femme de menage : 120 000 f
- gardien : 150 000 f
- loyer : 500 000 f
- TV sat : 50 000 f
- Internet : 55 000 f
- eau : 30 000 f
- Electricité : 80 000f
Alors, avec 400 euros, je ne crois pas que vous irez loin avec.
Par contre, Je pourrai vous trouver des logements bon marché.

1600 EUROS ??! C'est largement suffisant ! Avec une femme et un enfant, je vous conseille des secteurs comme Charbonnages, Haut de Gue-Gue, Bas de Gue-Gue, Batterie IV Agondje (assez eloigne du centre ville). Il n'y en a surment d'autre.. mais voila une piste.

L'électricité avec une clim pourra vous revenir à peu près à 70 000 à 100 000f (c'est le plus chèr) pour l'eau vous en aurez pour à peine 10 000f/mois.
Mais dites moi dans quel lieu vous allez travaillez, vous savez, ca peut se jouer sur 1km.
