La réponse dépend bien entendu du train de vie de chacun mais pour celles et ceux qui vivent à Rio: à combien estimeriez-vous le budget moyen pour une petite famille composée d'un bébé de 8 mois souhaitant vivre proche du centre de Rio dans un appartement deux chambres.
On me propose un Job à Rio de Janeiro (centre) et l'idée d'y habiter ne nous déplait pas. Nous nous demandons simplement si avec 35000 euros brut, c'est jouable sans faire trop de folie, mais tout en profitant du nouveau pays et de la nouvelle culture.

Un salaire minimum au Brésil est de 500 réais/mois
si vous travaillé au centre je vous conseil Flamengo 'plus près du centre Copacabana
plus loin mais avec le métro (10 stations).
Copacabana est agréable avec sa plage (avenuda Atlantica)super marchés, restos, bars.....shoping:avenue de Copacabana
Les appartements les prix sont variables.éviter les grandes artères bruillantes.

Botafogo c'est après Flamengo.vous avez centre, Gloria, Catete, Largo de Machado, Flamengo, Botafogo, Arcoverde(Copacabana)stations de métro.3 minutes par station.

Pour ce qui est du salaire, je ne me plains pas. Je veux simplement me faire une idée du coût de la vie et savoir si avec un petit bébé, c'est raisonnable de tenter une nouvelle aventure.

sur Rio, on peut louer des maisons? faut il sortir du centre ville? Itaguai c'est loin? y a t il bcp de circulation? des bouchons? le lycée francais me semble ne Hyper centre, est il réaliste d'habiter ailleurs qu'en hyper centre pour ne pas devoir souffrir des contraintes des grandes villes comme Rio y a t il des quartiers à éviter car trop dangereux et certains paisibles jour et nuit? le niveau de vie (pouvoir d'achat) me semble à l'avantage des étrangers qui yviennent avec leur salaire France par exemple, non? je parle des frais de tous les jours les bonnes...c'est quasi systematique, non? c'est légal ou au noir?
Peut de change de trouver une maison à louer au centre de la ville.
A l'opposé de la France, il faut savoir que depuis une trentaine d'années, à Rio (mais aussi dans la majorité des grandes villes brésiliennes), le chic est d'habiter en appartement. Les brésiliens ont une vision complètement différente de la copropriété et y voient une occasion de s'offrir un standing qui serait difficile d'avoir en maison: sécurité + infrastructure (sauna, piscine, salle de sport...)...
L'urbanisation s'est donc faite faite par classe et en schématisant on peut regrouper cela : cabanes dans les favelas pour les plus pauvres, appart dans une maison de plusieurs étages dans les favelas en voie d'urbanisation ou dans les quartiers en voier de favelisation, maisons ou appart dans des quartiers périphériques de classe moyenne ou pauvre (zone ouest et nord), appart en immeuble plus ou moins luxueux pour les quartiers aisés de la zone sud et ouest (Barra et Jacarepagua), zone sud et ouest, dans des ilots de haut standing, rares maisons ou petits immeubles (Vieux Barra, Joa, Urca, Itanhanga, Gavea...)
La réalité est plus compliquée mais ca ressemble à ca...
Donc pour répondre point par point à tes interogations:
Difficile de louer une maison aux abords du centre, Itaguai c'est en effet très loin, tout au bout de l'avenida brasil, En soirée et le week end, le centre de Rio est mort et limite dangereux. Donc déconseillé d'y chercher une location, En restant aus sud du centre-ville, tu restes à l'abris des quartiers qui craignent vraiment... Après pour la tranquilité, des perles comme Urca ou Alto Leblon (déja plus loin du centre) sont tranquilles par pas facile d'y trouver une location... Le niveau de vie varie en fonction des taux de change et la pression pourra valoir entre 0.85 € et 1.20 € rien sur les variations de change... Enfin, les seules expériences que je connaissent de femmes de ménage ou de jardiniers se font officielement, ce qui ne veut pas dire que ce soit la généralité...
