J'aurais besoin d'avoir quelques infos au niveau logement, Tarif loyer moyen?Caution ou pas?A qui s'adresser pour les logements.Ou peut-on trouver des bourses d'études? par quel moyen? lettre explicative d'un projet d'étude, accompagnée de documents officiels de soutien de la part d'un organisme... pensez -vous que ca peut le faire?
alors pour les taris des loyers ca peut varier fortement mais ce qui est sur c, est qu'à Montréal tu peux encore trouver un logement tout seul alors qu'à toronto tu seras obligé de faire de la colocation, bonne formule ma foi.
il n'y a pas de cautions le plus souvent, mais des enquêtes de crédit réalisé auprès de ta banque sur place à Montréal en tout cas.
pour les logements le site kijiji.ca moi j'Ai trouvé tous mes logements comme ça...
pour ton projet d'études oui ca peut le faire pour trouver une bourse d'études à distance sans être résident permanent ca va être coton, essaie en france ou par l'ofqj (office franco-québecois de la jeunesse) au pire ils peuvent t'aider dans tes démarches et te donner des conseils sinon renseignes-toi par l'école.

Salut ! Je connais un peu l'Institut Trebas puisque je travaille dans le même building. Je crois que c'est de l'enseignement de qualité, du moins les studios ont l'air très professionnels, mais je crois que c'est un peu dispendieux.
Pour les logements tout dépendant de ton budget il y a différents quartier. L'institut Trebas est situé en plein centre-ville (métro McGill), où tu pourrais te loger facilement puisqu'il y a une grosse circulation dans les logements à cause des étudiants étrangers. Par contre, le quartier est dispendieux. Pour un logement 1 ou 2 pièces tu devras compter au moins de 600 à 700$ par mois. Les quartiers les plus chers sont le centre-ville, le quartier latin, le vieux-Montréal et les quartier plus à l'ouest. Si tu veux un logement à prix raisonnable je te conseille les quartiers Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, près du métro Frontenac ou bien le Sud-Ouest, métro lionel-Groulx ou Charlevoix. Dans ces secteurs tu peux trouver un 3 ou 4 pièces avec électricité et chauffage pour facilement 600$ (compte facilement 150$ de plus pour les mois d'hiver si le chauffage n'est pas inclu). Je te conseille, en plus de kijiji, le site du journal Voir (www.voir.ca) il y a une section "logement à louer", par quartier.
Pour les bourses, je ne sais pas quoi te dire.
