Car ça me dirais bien de voir un peu autre chose que la France tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel!
A mon actif j'ai du bloc et de la médecine.
Où pourrais je trouver un job? je parcours les annonces mais en vain, rien de bien concret pour le moment...

Celà fait 3 ans que nous vivons en Guadeloupe. Je suis IDE dans une clinique medico chir.
Les recrutements se font sur place et non depuis la Métropole. Il y a differentes srtuctures et la plupart du temps il y a du travail.Rares sont les IDE qui ne trouvent pas du travail.
Par contre j'ai une amie qui a été recrutée depuis la metropole par le biais d'une agence d'interim. Elle a eu la prise en charge du billet d'avion et l'hebergement pendant 1 ou 2 mois. Elle travaillait dans une clinique privée du Moule. Ca c un bon plan.

bin ecoute le logement tu peux trouver le boulot aussi, hopital recrute mais la directrice des soins du chu de pointe a pitre est un peu raciste recrute difficilement les metros ! mais ailleurs tu peux centre hospitalier de basse terre, ...

BONJOUR tout le monde!!! voila je suis infirmiere depuis 7 ans et ns venons avec nos 3 enfants de 1,3 et 5 ans ns installer en guadeloupe, mon mari va prendre un congé parentale pr s'occuper des ptts car il n'a pas eu sa mut, il est enseignant, peut etre l'année d'apres.... je voudrais donc prendre des infos sur mon boulot, on m'a dit du bien bien sur la clinique des eaux claires de baie mahault, y aurait il quelqu'un pr me renseigner sur les horaires de nuit, charge de travail, salaires en net, si ils embauchent, CDD ou CDI, je suis aussi preneuse si vs avez d'autres etablissements a me conseiller ou pas, j'ai essentiellement de l'experience en chir, medecine et mater.... merci a vs!!!!
Aux Eaux Claires les horaires de nuit commencent à 19h jusqu'a 7h. Sur un poste fixe, ton cota d'heures mensuelles est regroupé sur 3 semaines et tu as donc 1 semaine à 10 jours consecutifs de RTT et REC. Cette semaine de RTT est fixe donc tous les mois tu te reposes la même semaine. Planning tres confortable.
Niveau salaire c'est moins bien que la fonction publique car nous ne bénéficions pas des + 40% de vie chère. Personnellement, je touche environ 2150 euros net après 13 ans de DE et des horaires de jour avec 1 à 2 dimanche par mois.
Question charge de travail, la nuit est bcp moins lourde que le travail de jour.
Bien souvent les postes débutent par un CDD sur des postes de remplacements. Mais le travail de nuit n'est pas prisé donc c'est plus facile de tomber sur un poste vacant donc un cdi d'office.
Régulierement le service d'ambulatoire recrute car bcp de turn over. Mais les horaires sont de jour, du lundi au vendredi, 7h par jour, matin ou AM.
Question CHU, pas d'embauche car préférence d'embauche locale.¨Par contre le CH de Basse Terre embauche pas mal, il y a bcp de personnel métro.
Les cliniques en Guadeloupe: CHOISY au Gosier, Les Eaux Marines au Moule, La violette a Trois RIvieres....tu trouveras toutes les coordonnées sur le botin.
Je sais que celle du Moule embauche pas mal, deplus les loyers sont moins chers au Moule ou a St François qui est à côté.
Si tu désires faire du libéral, evite la Grande Terre car saturée en IDE liberale. Il y a bcp + de remplacements en Basse Terre.

coucou Charlotte, desolée pour la réponse un peu tardive mais impossible de me connecter au site depuis qq jours avec une tres mauvaise connection internet.
Pour répondre à tes questions, si en Guadeloupe tu trouves un poste dans le public tu auras droit à + 40% même si ton poste n'est pas une mutation et meme si tu travaillais dans le privé en metropole. Toute la fonction publique dans les DOM bénéficie des + 40% ( La Poste, employé Pole emploi, education nationale, la Police......). Si ton mari retravaille dans le public apres son conges parental, il aura droit lui aussi aux + 40%.
Niveau ambiance à la clinique, c'est plutot pas mal. Personnellement en ayant tjrs un roulement fixe, je travaille tjrs avec la meme IDE et les meme AS, nous nous entendons tres bien et sommes meme amies. D'autres n'ont pas cette chance là et doivent "faire avec". Mais en général les equipes s'entendent bien.
Côté CE c'est pas le top pour l'instant, mais une nelle equipe dynamique est en train de le relancer.
Je t'ai dejà parlé des horaires; nous avons 30 CA annuels, tres avantageux de les poser apres sa semaine de RTT.
Pas de recrutement depuis la metropole mais sur place. Tu peux qd meme ecrire depuis la metropole pour dire que tu seras dispo a partir de telle date et que les recontacteras à nouveau à ce moment là. Sache qu'il leur est parfois difficile de trouver des IDE qui veulent faire des nuits.
Adresse ton courrier directement aux surveillantes car c'est elles qui choisissent et pas la RH. Pour la chir, tu adresse ton courrier à MME Sébastien, cadre IDE. Pour les urgences à mme Coman, pour la medecine et gyneco à mme Goram.
Pour les ecoles primaires et maternelle je n'ai pas de conseil à te donner. Le mien est en maternelle dans le public, ça se passe tres bien. En gaudeloupe bcp prefere mettre les enfants dans le privé mais peu de places dispo pour une trop forte demande.
