tout d'abord bravo pour cencourage car pas évident de s'installer ailleurs que dans son propre pays.
Il faut que tu saches que venir vire et s'installer au maroc est trés facile car ici les marcocains a 80% parlent fraçais .
En ce qui concerne ton installation de te recommande tout d'abord avant de laisser tomber ton pays et ton travail il faut que tu viennes passer plusieurs jours en vacances si tu ne connais pas le pays , ensuite tu peux venir au maroc pour une période de 3 mois renouvelable 3 mois (c'est ce que je conseille aux personnes désireuses de venir s'installer, comme cela vous avez le temps de voir si vous allez vous habituer au pays aux gens et surtout à la mentalité ( il faut que tu saches que tout ce monaye et tout ce discute même pour avoir un paier .
Pour ton expatriation je te conseille de ne pas devenir résidente car cela n'ais pas favorable pour nous les français car le maroc change à grand train ex: il faut que tu changes ton permis français en permis marocain car maintenant plus questions de conduire avec celui de la france et si tu es residente au maroc tu n'as pas le droit de conduire avec ton permis français en france car si tu as un accident où un contrôle en france tu es considérée comme conductrice sans permis , donc fortement conseillé de rester resident en france et s'implement statuts touriste au maroc .
Avec ce statuts tu as les même droits que n'importent quels etranger car tu concerves tes droits de france ( assurance , securite sociale etc.....)
pour ouvrir une maison d'hôte pas compliquer tout d'abord tu cherches la ville où tu veux t'installer et tu contcate les propriétaire de maison d'hôte .
Demarche administrative je te conseille te créer une SARL pour ta société qui va te permettre de gérer ta maison d'hôte car cela te permets d'avoir plein de reduction au niveau fiscalite ex 5 ans d'exoneration de IS ( impot societe , taxe professionnelle , de prendre du personel qualifie et de les faires inscrire a l'organisme ANAPEC ( agent pour les employe diplomé qui cherche un emploi car comme cela tu ne payes pas de charge pendant le temps du contrat ( voir 1 , a 2 ans ) et cela t'évite d'avoir des soucis avec le personel car ici c'est le risque a prendre si tu ne fais aps bien les choses tu vas direction au tribunal.
De toute façon il existe de trés bon caninet comptable il faut passer par eux car comme cela tu as toutes les changes que tes documents soit bien rédigés.
Bon voila je crois que je t'es mis sur la voie bonne change pour ton projet mais surtout étudie le bien et prend le temps de venir quelques temps avant de faire n'importe quoi il vaut mieux observer et ensuite agir aprés .

pas de soucis pour créer un commerce où faire une socièté ton statut ne rentre pas en compte pour ton projet en se qui concerne la residence tu n'as pas besoin de changer d'appartement tous les trimestres tu signes un bail de 1 ans renouvelable et il suffit que tu sortes pendant 2 jours en europe où tu veux et tu reviens .par contre bien sur étant donné que tu as un enfant tu dois être là, pour lui car tu dois être residente pour acceder à l'école francaise .
Demarche pour s'installer au maroc tu viens tu prends un appt et tu as trois mois pour faire ta demande de carte de sejour tu dois aller a la police chercher un formulaire 1 parr personne sauf les enfants qui sont sur le formulaire des parents et tu le rdonne a la police la première fois tu as droit a 1 ans et apres a 2,5 10 ans .
Pour ta maison d'hôte en ce moment tu trouves des gerances mais il faut savoir que le maroc souffre actuellemnt pas de touriste dontc tu dois bien faire attention a la signature de la gerance voir le taux de frequentation le bilan et poser plein de question

en ce qui concerne la résidence se n'est pas toi qui decide ce sont les autoritéses ' la police toursitique tu decide a ta place quand ton dossier est complet /
1 - soit tu fais venir tous les mois la somme de 1500 € par moi pour un couple et tu fais la demande de residence apres 4 mois et tu peux pretendre a la residence
2 - soit tu créer un commerce
3 - pour les assurances tu as un an de couverture française aprés ton dernier salaire en france et apres tu te tourne vers l'association français du monde et eux vont faire les demarches pour votre assurance sante veillesse etc .
