quel papiers (hormi ma carte d'dentité) je doit présenter a la police de l'air et des fontieres a mon arrivèe. afin de pas prendre de billet retour qui s'ervira a rien.

aucune formalité à accomplir car comme il t'a été dit précédemment on est en France et il n'y aucune obligation de prendre un billet retour; quand je suis venu je n'avais qu'un billet aller!
par contre si tu ramènes ta maison avec toi en container, tu auras sans doute à payer un octroi de mer, mais encore ce n'est pas systématique...

parce qu'ici d'une part le climat social est agité et ça peut être traumatisant: depuis les émeutes de février dont les conséquences économique se font encore sentir ( c'est la catastrophe ici avec un taux de chomage jamais atteint et des grandes entreprises comme cora qui quittent définitivement l'île) de très nombreux métro sont partis mais s=certains n'ont pas pu, faut de pouvoir vendre la maison qu'ils avaient achetés: c'est le cas de dermato et elle regrette amèrement...
après, il y a comme c'est le cas pour moi le mal du pays, l'éloignement de la famille, et aussi le fait de vivre sur une île somme toute petite qui fait que j'ai l'impression de tourner en rond dans ma prison dorée, surtout vu le fait que voyager ici même pour les îles toutes proches est un luxe que l'on n'a pas le moyen de se payer tout comme revenir en métropole..ça cout cher, même si c'est la destination la plus proche de métropole et la moins chère de toutes les DOM-TOM;
ensuite, il y a le climat: croyez moi je plains ce qui arrivent en ce moment vu le temps qu'on a: canicule, forte humidité et pluies abondantes, même les locaux en ont marre et disent que ce n'est pas normal! c'est le réchauffement climatique...
alors pour cela, 90% des métros au moins restent ici moins de 5 ans...
aussi, avant d'acheter une maison je crois qu'il faut mieux louer au départ et voir si vous êtes fait pour vivre ici, ce que vous ne serez pas tout de suite, mmoi il m'a fallu trois ans pour le comprendre mais maintenant j'en ai la certitude et c'est pour cela que je parts laissant un membre de ma famille et beaucoup d'amis ici...
Pour entrer aux Antilles, il te faut juste ta CI ou un passeport.
Si tu fais venir un container, il y aura du dédouanement à faire (voir avec le déménageur).
Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y a 20 ans, nous étions "obligés" d'avoir un billet de retour par les compagnies aériennes, car le vol aller simple coûtait presque aussi cher que l'AR et il n'était pas toujours proposé. Nous avions pris un open, en nous disant aussi qu'au cas où...
De mémoire, il me semble aussi que c'était demandé par les autorités qui en avaient assez de devoir payer des rapatriements...
Sur les sites des compagnies, on vend maintenant des allers simples.
Depuis, personne ne nous a jamais demandé de montrer notre billet retour...
Pour le reste, je te conseille, aussi, de venir vivre qqs mois avant de te décider à acheter. Bcp repartent tès vite, la majorité au bout de 3 ans.
Je t'encourage à lire les forums Martinique ou Guadeloupe pour prendre le pouls de ce qui se passe actuellement...

c'est comme si tu changeais de ville ou de departement, tu fais les même chose.
Quand mon fils est parti habiter en Guadeloupe, il a pris un vol aller et retour car moins cher que l'aller simple, mais si tu trouves un aller simple pas cher prend le.
Sinon tu fais ton changement d'adresse pour les impôts, la sécu, tout suit, tu peux garder la même banque et tout faire sur internet.

Investir là bas en ce moment, je ne pense pas que ce soit le top, avant d'acheter essaie un peu la vie là bas.. la Guadeloupe ça a beau être la France mais c'est une île située à plus de 7 000km, la vie est chère, même le prix des cigarettes a augmenté (haha..), le chômage, la mentalité insulaire..Mais bref, après c'est à toi de t'adapter et de faire gaf, et bon la Guadeloupe est une magnifique île qd même: la mer, la forêt, la rivière, etc..
Au fait, je cherche un plan, pas trop cher, pour apprendre le surf!

un conseil, il préférable de prendre un aller retour, silmplement pour un cout financier A/R+=80 à 90% d'un simple retourd.
regarde en fonction des dates les prix fluctuent au gres des compagnies et surtout des periodes, evite debut juillet jusqu a début (4....6 septembre) ls prix flambent 900....10000 voir + et cela devient aberrant.
essayer de s'y prendre tres tot aussi. il n'est pas rare de voyager et d'etre sur une rangée de voyageur ts différents et ayant acheté des billets ou les prix varient du coef 1 à 4.
prend le temps de prendre la température du pays.....économie ........sociale ...mode de vie qui ressemble mais differe sur de nombreux points de celui de la france.

tous les conseilleurs du monde ne valent pas, sa propre expérience.
pas de formalités particuliéres, 1 aller suffit....les vehicules sont strictements identiques aux vehicules commercialisés en europe.Ici les peinture souffrent plus , le soleil "tape" toute l'année...le cout est environ 1000/1500 € pour le transport.attention aux pick up, ils peuvent etre considérés comme des utilitaires = 10% d taxes sur la valeur déclarée en douane.
Pour ce qui est de la vie ici, le travail manque, pire encore depuis la précédante gréve LKP......
Ensuite la vie en guadeloupe, hormis une eau à 28 toute l'année, n'est pas facile, voir des post précédants....attention au cliché carte postale...

Des amis qui ont été en vacance en guadeloupe (et ils y retournent en hiver et durant les vacances de fevrier) tous sont ravis.
j'ai été en Corse plusieur fois, j'ai demandé des infos a des amis corses et memes ceux qui ne st pas corses. il suffit de respecter les US et Coutumes des gens et tout est nickel chromes.
il y a des coins a éviter, a connaitres, façons de se présenter aux gens du terroirs ... ect.......

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
