J'ai entendu parler du programme Aupair comme femme de chambre ou serveuse dans les hôtels où on est logé, nourri et payé. Avez-vous des infos ou expériences à me partager?

Pour répondre a ta question, j'ai fait appel au monde aupair pour travailler en hotellerie et restauration en angleterre. Pour avoir un travail rapidement, il te faut une disponibilité d'au moins 6 mois. Bon, on est avec des francais, espagnols, australiens, polonais, africain, ...Habituellement, les chambres sont partagé 2 par 2 (tres petites...)La seule chose que je n'ai pas aimé est l'hygiene des autres...(la cafétéria est dégeu, les gens ne ramassent pas leurs plats, vaisselles, bouffe...donc ya plein de guepe et ca pue!!!)Mais coté travail, c'était bien et tres motivant. Salut Grossepatate! de mon cote je pars debut septembre pour l'Angleterre et t'es pas oblige de passer par Au Pair pour avoir un boulot dans un pub/hotel loger et nourri. À Londres et aux alentours il y a plusieurs endroits ou l'on peut trouver également ce genre d'emploi. C'est un ami qui m'a donne une adresse ou il a travaille il y a quelques années. Je crois qu'en cherchant un peu sur google tu pourrais surement trouver des adresses. Si t'as d'autres question n'hésite pas 🙂

Salut Get, voici quelques petites informations que j'ai, comme c'est mon premier voyage du genre je ne te parle pas d'expérience perso mais plutot de ce que l'on ma raconte.
Si tu cherches un emploi du type Hotel/Restaurant/Pub alors je ne pense pas que tu auras de la difficulte a trouver un emploi dans le domaine. J'ai beaucoup d'amis qui ont travaille à Londres/Edimburg et qui ont trouve qqch très rapidement (meme si certain n'avait aucune expérience dans le domaine). En plus, a la fin aout/debut septembre c'est le départ de beaucoup d'étudiants qui se sont rendus en GB pour l'été, je crois que le timing est pas si pire.
Dans mon cas, j'ai des adresses de pub ou mes amis ont travaille, j'en ai contacter qq-uns mais comme c'est encore tot (c'est quand meme dans 5 mois) je n'ai pas encore pousse ma recherche d'emploi... ca va aller dans qq mois.
Il suffit de croire en ses capacités et tout devrait bien aller 😉
De mon cote je pars debut septembre, je devrais faire un peu de tourisme au debut (1-2 semaines).

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
