comme je te disait tu trouve quasi tout sur place, mais si tu ne veut pas perdre de temps au emplettes sur place, tu peu anticiper.
quand au minimum nécessaire, je ne suit pas de bon conseil, mis a part une moustiquaire qui est vitale, je n'emporte rien d'autre.
tu trouvera des posts traitant du sujet genre, sur les protections et medoc, cachet pour l'eau... a emporter.
Noel et le nouvel an c'est l'hivernage, besoin d'un duvet ou bonne couverture pour dormir dehors. c'est comme un printemps en France, frais voir froid du soir au matin, la journée c'est bon soleil.
ce n'est pas particulierement envahi de moustiques a cette saison surtout au pays dogon, moins de risque de palu donc. a mon avis des manche longues pour le soir et une moustiquaire pour la nuit suffit.
J'ai appris qu'il exisatit des moustiquaire traitée anti-moustique .

le seul vaccin obligatoire est la fievre jaune, le reste c'est a toi seul d'évaluer les risque. personne de detien la solution. perso je suis de très bonne santés donc je me limite a ce qui est obligatoire.
va voir dans recherche, et discutions sur les traitements, comme disait brunlatino c'est un sujet très débattu, avec beaucoup de réponses controverser

pourquois pas, tu en trouve beaucoup moins chère que celle vendu en france directement au marché. quasi partout ou tu prendra un lit tu trouvera une moustiquaire.

De quel type de séjour s'agit-il? Ou partez vous? Dans quel type d'endroit dormez vous (hotel, biwac, chez l'habitant...)? ET pour combien de temps??
Concernant les moustiques, même en décembre, Mopti est appelée la "Venise de l'Afrique" et il y en a donc toujours beucoup dans cette région.
Nous sommes partis en décembre 2008 pour 15 jours et sommes allés à Bamako-Ségou-Djenné-Mopti-Pays Dogon-Mopti-Tombouctou-Bamako.
C'est à Mopti que nous avons eu le plus de problèmes avec les moustiques car, même avec une moustiquaire, tu n'est pas sous ta moustiquaire 24H sur 24 !!
Si tu achètes une moustiquaire sur place, je te conseille d'emporter un produit anti-moustiques que tu pulvérises sur la moustiquaire ainsi que sur tes vêtements (surtout pour le soir !).
Au lac Débo, c'est encore pire question moustiques !!
Je te conseille de rester un maximum de temps au pays Dogon, tu ne le regretteras pas !!!! Cadre enchanteur !!!!
Segou peut se visiter en 1/2 jour (nous l'avons fait avant de reprendre la route en bus pour Djenné).
A Mopti, il te faudra faire une ballade en pirogue sur le fleuve Bani (nous avons fait 1 journée sur le Bani et 1 journée sur le Niger).
As-tu quelqu'un qui t'attends sur place ou pars-tu sans aucune réservation ?
Sinon je peux te conseiller quelqu'un (nous sommes partis avec un habitant du pays Dogon qui nous a accompagné durant prsque tout notre voyage).

le répulsif, personnellement je l'achète chez AZAR un supermarché en face de chez Amandine. produit tip top pas de tâche, hydratant, ne colle pas.. les 5/5/ et autres produits n'ont rien fait sur ma peau.
Il y a un Symposium international d'Artistes, un échange qui dure un mois et qui se déroule à Ibi au pays dogon. Vois avec Ibimali qui fait un post à ce sujet c'est l'organisatrice et conceptrice de l'événement hors normes. c'est tout le mois de janvier début février.

non je voulais juste dire qu'avec un moustiquaire non imprégnée tu te fais piquer au travers de la maille. Effectivement j'ai le sommeil imprégné.. et la Flag fais fuir!
bref moustiquaire chez décathlon à moins de 30€ et imprégnée pour six mois.

Je suis, chaque année, trèèèèès attendu par les moustiques maliens qui me témoignent leur affection dès l'entrée au pays. Un plaisir! Seun Kuti est venue l'anée dernière au Blonba et il a trouvé les moustiques maliens très malins, voire vicieux, applaudissements de a salle!🤪

Quand on fait faire une moustiquaire sur mesure au marché, les tailleurs/vendeurs vous offrent ou vous vendent les produits pour l'imprégner . Sinon, elles sont vendues imprégnées dans toutes les pharmacies 5000 et 6000 cfa (2 places et 3 places) et au marché, choisissez celles bien emballées pour être sûr. Mais La moustiquaire 3 places suffira tout juste pour un lit 2 places.
A partir de décembre, il y a beaucoup de moustiques jusqu'en février. Des bombes antimoustiques, il y en a de toutes sortes ici, des crèmes répulsives aussi (supermarchés, pharmacies). Par contre, les pastilles antimoustiques que l'on vend ici ne font même pas ciller un moustique.
Donc, en général, le must c'est :des pastilles + prises anti-moustiques baïgon, c'est efficace, si vous avez du courant. du motillium instant (comprimés fondants instantanés/pas besoin d'eau)de l'imodium instant

Alors n'oubli pas d'acheter une moustiquaire impregnée dès que t'arrive (que tu trouveras probablement facilement) nsurtout si tu prévois passer la nuit en plein air bref n''importe ou d'ailleurs... Des medicaments perso comme dit plus haut, boir de l'eau minérale ( pas obligatoire mais c'est un bon conseil)... AHHH surtout ne pas oublier de prendre des anti-moustiques aussi...

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.

Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
I plan to bring my prescriptions with the INN (International Nonproprietary Name), as well as the original packaging (even though it’s a nightmare, but from what I understand, it’s necessary). But I’m not sure if that’s enough...

The contagion seems to be spreading.
