Je me permets de te dire que ton projet est ambitieux surtout lorsque tu explique que tu comptes ouvrir un resto à Patong.
Parce que je connais bien l'endroit, je te mets en garde surtout concernant les modalités pour obtenir les accords pour ouvrir ton affaire.
Patong est en partie géré par les chinois, j'ai pas de dessin à te faire d'autant plus que c'est pas ce qui manque les restaurants dans ce secteur en plus des bars.
Je te conseillerai plus de choisir un autre quartier comme Kamala ou Hua Hin ville balnéaire en pleine expansion à 250 Kms de Bangkok où là tu aurais autant de touristes que tu voudrais sans être envahi par les concurrents et en plus c'est très sympa la journée comme la soirée.L'avantage de Hua Hin c'est que c'est moins cher l'immobilier que dans les autres villes touristiques.
Enfin si tu veux plus d'infos prends contact avec cet agent immobilier français qui est installé à Phuket depuis de nombreuses années et qui saura te guider dans tes recherches.Voici le lien de son site :

J'aperçois une certaine lassitude des membres face à ce genre de questions.
Même n'étant jamais allé à Phuket je pense la somme de départ très largement insuffisante (60 000e).
Par ailleurs, comme dit plus haut je viserai un autre endroit que Patong où ce genre de restos doivent être monnaie courante: c'est comme essayer de faire sa place au milieu des Champs Elysées je suppose😉

aujourd'hui j'ai 4 resto deux petit magasins et deux autres société avec entre 15 et 20 personne qui travaille ( l’investissement ici c'est plus le travaille, et le système D )
le mois dernier j'ai accepter une grosse mission en France de 6 mois, renouvelable pour une boite asiatique affin de financé un très gros projet sur Hua Hin, bien plus important qu'un simple restaurent, et j'aurais personnellement moins de 30 000 euro d’investissement
j’arrive à ouvrir des restaurent 80-100m² pour 2500-5000 euro
qui marche fort des les premier mois ( par rapport à l'investissement c'est tip top )
quand je fait les compte entré - sortis et investissement, je fait bien plus que bien des établissement dans les quartier à tripos ( Patong Patpong etc )
comme dit plus haut éviter les coins ou on vous raquettes et des que votre bizz tourne on vous éjectes ...
trouver un coin sympa, et chercher une clientèle thaï, et quelques farangs qui vienne avec le bouche à oreilles, personnellement je trouve la clientèle thai " riche " bien plus inintéressante que les farang souvent bien radin ou fouteur de merde des qu'ils sont bourré (type anglo-saxon ) etc ...
vu qu'ici rien est sure je ne mettrais pas tout mes œufs dans le même paginer
et surtout c'est d'avoir une femme thaïlandaise "sure" pour pouvoir foutre à son nom
