Je veux partir definitivement au Bresil mais etant française je ne pourrai pas prendre un billet simple il faudra que je prenne un billet aller retour avec un retour modifiable mais comment faire puisque je compte prolonger apres 190 jours mon sejour a la police federale, donc geniale je gagne 3 mois et apres j espere trouver un travail et donc avoir un visas qui me permet de rester mais comment faire pour le billet retour????

pour ton problème de billet d'avion, te compliques pas : prends un aller-retour. En ce moment par exemple, air europa propose l'aller retour entre madrid et salvador a +/- 800€. Si tu ne prends qu'un aller simple, tu pourrais te faire refouler au départ comme à l'arrivée. Avant de vérifier auprès des ambassades, demande aussi aux compagnies aériennes....
En fait, je comprends pas trop ton histoire de visa. Pour un visa touriste, c'est 3 mois + 3 mois supplémentaires validés par la police fédérale. Après 180 jours max, fora ! et en plus, ils te laissent pas revenir avant 180 jours...
Pour travailler la bas, je te conseille l'expatriation. Si t'as pas de visa permanent, nada. Tu peux toujours faire un peu de black, mais c'est pas trop recommandé. Travailler au Brésil pour un gringo relève un peu du parcours du combattant...quand tu dis trouver du boulot sur place pendant tes 3 mois (ou 6) de visa touriste, c'est impossible. Aucune boite ne t'embauchera si tu n'as pas de papiers en règle. A moins d'avoir un profil recherché par les entreprises brésiliennes, nada. Demande au père de ton copain s'il est prêt à faire les démarches pour toi. S'il veut te prendre dans sa boite, il devra payer à hauteur de 3000€ (je crois...à vérifier) pour ton visa. Focalises pas sur ton histoire de billet d'avion, c'est le cadet de tes soucis dans ton processus d'installation au brésil. Tu peux toujours annuler ou changer la date de ton retour, mais dans les 2 cas tu perdras de d'argent.
Si ton copain est brésilien et que c'est l'amour fou entre vous 🙂, un mariage te donnerait droit à un visa. Si tu as aussi 50.000$ de côté, il existe aussi le visa investisseur. Bref, tu n'as que ces deux solutions ou alors trouver un gentil entrepreneur qui veut bien payer ton visa.
Je te conseille quand meme de prendre un aller retour...on sait jamais ce qu'il peut se passer une fois la bas.
Emmigrer au Brésil n'est pas si simple que ca, pour y vivre en règle, faut un visa permanant...et dans ton cas, comme pour beaucoup d'autres (comme moi), il n'y a que très de solutions qui s'offrent à nous. Prens le temps de te renseigner, si tu comptes trouver un boulot sur place avec ton visa touriste, dis toi bien qu'au bout de 180 jours, tu repartiras en France. Bon courage dans tes démarches.

bon pour repondre a la jeune femme qui veux s installer a vitoria tu n a aucun chance d y trouver du travail, a part ds qq grandes villes principalement sao paulo tu peux eventuellement donner des cours de francais ou anglais au black mais sur la base d un salaire bresilien, c est ce que j ai fait il y a qq annees de ca, je reviens du bresil ou je viens de passer 6 mois, un peu moins en fait, sur maceio ; et avai passe pas mal de temps il y a deux ans ; je doute que ton beau pere debourse 3000 euros, d ailleurs ce n est pas la somme en fait qu y compte mais ce que tu peux apporter a l entreprise, avoir des relations au bresil c est bien mais en tant qu etranger on ne te loupe pas, sont tres protecteurs quand meme; fait toi faire un gosse, epouse le ou investit 50 000 dollars; pour la personne allant sur taiba, les prix flambent et sache que toutes les pousadas ou certains restos se vendent aussi, donc probleme si les locaux se separent de leur bien, va sur le site jruiz, sont specialises sur l immobiler a taiba ou fortaleza, je peuxte donner contact d un francais travailant ds ce secteur sur fortaleza;
voila apres plusieurs sejours au bresil, je me suis rendu compte que ca devenait de plus en plus cher et de plus en plus complique

Deux remarques sur tout ce qui a été dit:
Concernant le billet d'avion et ton visa touristique, la pénalité de BR$8/ jour quand tu dépasses les 2x3 mois n'est pas très grave. J'entends par là que tu peux très bien ne pas la payer en disant que tu n'as pas d'argent. Les douaniers vont te mettre la pression mais ils te laissent prendre ton avion. Je connais plusieurs personnes qui ont fait ça dont une qui avait dépassé de 4 mois la limite. Le seul problème c'est que tu ne pourras évidemment pas revenir au Brésil sans payer cette amende.
Concernant le travail sur place. Travaillant aujourd'hui à Rio et voyant pas mal de français qui tentent ça, je confirme que c'est un parcours du combattant si tu n'as pas de visa de travail en arrivant mais ce n'est pas totalement impossible. Cela pour la bonne raison que il n'y a AUCUNE bonne raison de t'embaucher à moins que tu parles déja un Portugais parfait ou que tu aies une qualification très pointue qui les intéresse.
Cependant, si tu parles déja parfaitement, tu peux postuler comme des Brésiliens et faire des entretiens. Si l'employeur est d'accord sur le principe pour t'embaucher, tu peux lui dire que tu vas payer toi-même les procédures de Visa autour de 3000 euros et que tu gères ces histoires avec un despachante compétent. Ton patron doit alors signer beaucoup de papiers qui l'engagent, la procédure dure un peu mais ça marche. A signaler, tu devras de toute façon rentrer en France pour chercher ton Visa de résident.
En gros, la solution du PACS a l'air plus facile

We’re a small family from the south of France, with a 2-year-old little boy, and we’re dreaming of starting a new adventure abroad by opening our own business. For now, we haven’t chosen a specific destination yet.
We mainly speak French, with a basic level of Spanish and English, and we’re ready to improve these two languages if needed. We’re looking for a multicultural, safe country with quality healthcare and good schools accessible for our son. We’d also love a pleasant place with a mild climate where life is good.
Our idea is to travel to different countries to explore, compare, and refine our project. We’d be really happy to read your tips, experiences, or anecdotes if you’ve already undertaken a similar project or if you know key points to anticipate.
