J'aurais besoin de quelques conseils et suggestions concernant mon projet. Je suis actuellement en école d'ingénieur et il faut que j'effectue un stage ( ça peut être absolument tout, si ce n'est le fait que le stage doit durer un mois )
J'aimerais donc partir 1 mois au Canada pour faire du wwoofing ( de préférence vers Vancouver ) pour pouvoir entreprendre mon stage.
Mon objectif serait de profiter du wwoofing pour peut être essayer de visiter les alentours si j'ai un peu de temps en fin de journée. Est-ce réalisable ?
Quand est-ce qu'il faut que je contacte la ferme ? ( il me faut absolument une confirmation avant mon départ vis à vis de l'administration de mon école )
Pensez-vous qu'il soit possible de rester dans la même ferme pendant 4 semaines ?
A la fin du wwoofing, l'idée serait d'en profiter pour pouvoir repartir vers l'est et essayer de découvrir un peu plus du Canada ( Toronto, Quebec ... ) 3 semaines supplémentaires semblent correct ??

Avez-vous cherché dans ce forum? De quel genre de visa aurez-vous besoin? Étudiant? Travail? Ou allez-vous trouver les contacts des fermes biologiques qui ont besoin de bénévoles? Pourquoi se limiter au WOOFING? Avez-vous une idée de la situation de la ville de Vancouver? Quel est votre budget pour votre visite du (de?) Québec et de Toronto et surtout pour vous y rendre de Vancouver? Bons préparatifs!😉

Pour pouvoir faire du Wwoofing, il faut juste un visa touristique ( si le wwoofing ne dure pas plus de quatre semaines à ce que j'ai pu lire sur internet ). Pour les contacts, le site canadien du wwoofing permet en s'abonnant d'en obtenir une.
En fait, le wwoofing me permettrait tout en profitant du logement et couvert d'une personne, de découvrir la culture, nature et mode de vie canadien ! Après, en soi, je n'ai aucunes préférences sur ce que je pourrais faire. La seule contrainte étant que je dois avoir mon stage avant de partir ( je ne peux pas juste débarquer au Canada et essayer de trouver du travail sur place )
Concernant, le voyage vers Quebec, Toronto, je n'ai pas encore chiffrer le tout mais je pensais prendre un vol de Vancouver jusqu'à par exemple Toronto puis ensuite me diriger vers le Quebec en bus et repartir en France
Pas besoin de visa touristique, seul le passeport (et bientôt l'autorisation de voyage à 7$) suffisent pour rentrer au Canada.

Pour ce qui est du choix de la ferme, étant donné que tu pars l'été, il vaut mieux s'y prendre plusieurs mois avant surtout si tu cibles une région en particulier. Les fermes qui offrent les "meilleures expériences" sont souvent très demandées et certains wwoofers y retournent chaque année. Tu peux déjà commencer à prospecter. L'avantage de t'y prendre tôt, c'est aussi de pouvoir payer ton billet d'avion moins cher qu'en réservant pendant les semaines précédant ton départ (surtout que Vancouver n'est pas une destination très bon marché).
Sinon, oui, il est tout à fait possible de faire du wwoofing dans la même ferme pendant un mois. C'est ce que j'avais fait mais dans l'Ontario.
Il faut savoir aussi que toutes les fermes ne se valent pas. Tu en as qui respectent les principes du wwoofing et d'autres qui considèrent les wwoofers uniquement comme de la main d'oeuvre bon marché pour leur faire faire le sale boulot 12h/jour.
Essaie de trouver des avis sur les fermes qui t'intéressent (via le forum de wwoof.ca, en postant un message sur pvtistes.net, en demandant les mail d'anciens wwoofers aux hôtes, sur Google..., ) et demandent aux hôtes ce qu'ils attendent de toi, ça t'évitera des déconvenues.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
