Bonjour, je ne peux pas vraiment vous aider pour le cégep mais puisque ma femme est Belge et ici depuis 30 ans il me fera plaisir de vous fournir d'autres informations dont vous pourriez avoir besoin tel numéro de téléphone ou autre pour différent organisme. Je suis canadien et nous habitons en banlieue de Montréal soit à environ 20Km du cégep en question. N'hésitez pas à demander si nécessaire.
Ce CÉGEP est situé rue Ontario, au centre-ville. Quand vous étudiez à Montréal, vous vous retrouvez automatiquement dans un milieu très multiculturel puisque c'est ça, Montréal! 😉 Donc oui, ils ont l'habitude des étrangers là-bas.
Pour les démarches, il faut faire une demande au SRAM avant le 1er mars pour une admission à l'automne 2011. Le SRAM est un organisme qui s'occupe de recevoir les demandes d'admission des Cégeps, il sert d'intermédiaire. Vous trouverez tous les détails sur leur site.

C'est un ''gros'' cégep en terme de population étudiante (environ 9000 élèves je crois?). Telle que déjà mentionné, en plein coeur du centre ville, capable d'accueillir les étudiants étrangers. L'urgence est de communiquer avec un aide pédagogique individuel (API) du collège de votre choix. Vous pourrez alors faire le tour de la question des étudiants étranger, c'est-à-dire; documents nécessaires, inscription, etc.
Sur le site du cégep, vous trouverez aussi certainement les coordonnées de l'API rattaché au programme, du responsable de la coordination du département (RCD) et du responsable du programme (RP).
En ce qui concerne le logement, à ma connaissance le cégep du Vieux-Montréal possède des résidences pour les étudiants. Vous devrez probablement faire une demande d'inscription en parallèle. Encore une fois, sur le site internet de l'institution vous devriez être en mesure d'y trouver toutes les informations nécessaires.

Ce sont 2 demandes distinctes, dans 2 établissements différents. Si le programme n'est pas contingenté, il ne devrait pas avoir de problèmes à être admis.
Attention: Jonquière et Montréal, on parle de deux planètes complètement différentes.

Je crois savoir que le programme possède une bonne réputation.
Aussi, les informations données précédemment sont toujours valide, que ce soit pour Jonquière ou le Vieux-Montréal. Cependant, j'ignore s'il y a des résidences pour étudiants à Jonquière, mais il y a de forte chance pour que ce soit le cas.
J'ignore vos moyens financiers, mais les collèges offrent des soirées portes ouvertes, généralement le mois de février, pour permettre aux familles de venir visiter les institutions. C'est aussi l'occasion de faire du repérage de services. Sur les sites internet des collèges, on vous donne généralement les dates.

Gilles mon fils va s'inscrire au cegep de Jonquière . Il a pris toutes les informations utiles auprès de tous les organismes . On croise les doigts pour qu'il soit accepté. Je pense que dans son cas , c'est l'étape le plus difficile à franchir !!! En ce qui concerne les autres démarches ça devrait aller. Pour ce qui est du logement, internet est une aide précieuse et en plus j'ai de la chance d'avoir une amie québécoise (connue via ce site et rencontrée lors de mon voyage en 2008 au Québec) qui habite Jonquière et qui peut également m'aider .
😎 Voilà, Gilles est admis pour un séjour de trois ans au Québec. Il entamera des études de technologie de l'électronique en audiovisuel au cegep de Limoilou à Québec - il a déjà réservé son logement (colocation) . la demande au SRAM est partie le 2 janvier, je ne suis pas trop inquiète sur son admission, il a une bonne moyenne générale.
par contre .... la suite des démarches me semble assez compliquée, êtes-vous passé par un organisme (ex OFDJ), ou avez- vous TOUT fait seule , est-ce facile ?

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
