sommes agés d'une cinquantaine et désirons nous installer au costa rica : pour des raisons économiques pour etre près de la nature. La cote Caraibe nous interesserait nous pourrions investir dans un petit logement avec possibilite de locations annexes( a petite échelle, un ou deux) Par ailleurs nous sommes encadrants bénévoles dans des clubs de plongée et souhaiterions proposer nos services gratuits .

Avant tout vous devriez vous assurer un permis de résidence. La meilleure chose serait de contacter l'Association des Résidents de Costa Rica (ARCR - Casa Canada) et obtenir toutes les informations concernant vivre au Costa Rica.Ceci doit être fait de votre résidence actuelle. Comme touriste vous avez droit à trois mois de séjour.

Je suis rentré du costa-Rica ou j'ai séjourné pendant deux ans et demi. Superbe pays bien que la côte caraïbe soit la plus humide et aussi ou les pluies sont les plus abondantes.
De plus le tourisme pour la plongée n'y est pas des plus développées. La côte caraïbe est la zone du costa-rica la plus dangereuse.Mentalité Rasta avec tous ce qui en découle.
De plus, penser que le costa-rica est bon marché pour y vivre est un leurre, ou alors il faut vivre comme les ticos.
Tout ce que je peux vous dire est, mefiez-vous encore plus des étrangés au bon plan que au locaux qui vont juste vous augmenter les prix de vos achats par rapport aux indigènes. C'est de bonne guerre.
Il ne peux rien arriver de mal ni de bien à ceux qui ne prennent aucuns risques.

J'ai une propriété dans le Guanacaste sud, Péninsule de Nicoya, province de Puntarenas. J'ai tendance à entendre les mêmes propos que ceux de ''trotxtreme'' à propos du côté caraïbe au point de vue température et culturel.
Citoyenneté? OhOH pas si vite. Commencez par débarqué là-bas et passé y un moment....je crois que vous n'êtes pas bien informé.....Finitos los Baratos para Gringos. Le coût de la vie baisse avec l'expérience....
Si vous voulez-vous y établir à la retraite, c'est très faisable. Si vous comptez vivre du revenu de la plongée attention tout le monde fait de la plongée. Le Costa Rica, en dehors de San José, ce n’est que des Jinetes et pescadores. Si vos activités ne nuisent pas trop ....vous pourrez probablement opérer. Vous pouvez aussi réussir si vous être bourré de fric et écrasez tout les autres autour, à l'américaines!
Sur le plan économique l'avantage est l'économie des dépenses par exemple que nous avons ici relié à l'hiver. C’est quand même déjà des montants assez élever!
Sur ce ralentissez ça évitera des investissements inutiles!

Au départ, nous voulions nous instaler au Costa Rica, et de fil en aiguille nous avons changé de destination pour le Panama. Le Costa Rica est devenu beaucoup trop cher. Ici c'ets le paradis d'autant plus que les benefices pour retraités sont les meilleurs d'amérique centrale. Pour ainsi dire, si vous avez une pension de retraite du Canada, vous etes a 100% certains d'avoir la résidence ici.
En ce qui nous concerne, nous sommes un jeune couple avec deux enfants, on aime la tranquilité et ici on a vraiment trouvé notre bonheur.
Peut etre que ce petit message vous ouvrira les yeux sur ce magnifique pays qu'est devenu le notre.
Si vous désiré lancer un centre de plongée c'est a dire tout créer, je connais un endroit, ou la terre est moins chère que le costa-rica. Il faut tout prévoir, groupe électrogène pour les pannes de courant etc. plus d'info en temps voulu😉, il faut les moyen de se faire une bonne pub pour le centre, les plongée sont magnifiques.Je suis moi-même instructeur de plongée de différentes organisations j'ai voulu m'installer a cet endroit, mais j'ai dû renoncer faute de moyen. De plus il faut pouvoir vivre dans un éden de la longueur d'une piste d'atterissage et a peine plus large. Le coin est magnifique il s'agit de Isla del Maïs au Nicaragua.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
