Prochainement je vais partir en Thaïlande, mi septembre, pour une durée minimale de 6 à 7 mois, à Bangkok pour apprendre à la fois le Chinois et le Thaïlandais. Je viens juste de finir mes études (Master d'ingénierie biomédicale) et parler le chinois serait pour moi un gros plus ainsi qu'une expérience en Asie. Mon projet étant ensuite de revenir en Europe et d'appliquer dans des compagnies bien connues comme par exemple Philips. Cela me permet par la même occasion de réconcilier vie privée étant donné que ma copine est Thaïlandaise et que je pourrai donc la voir tous les weekends. Plusieurs questions que je me pose auraient besoin d'un éclaircissement:
- je suis déjà allé en Thailande en Septembre 2013 pour 15 jours et ensuite en avril pour le mois entier. Y a-t-il une période "d'attente" obligatoire entre 2 séjours en Thaïlande? Sachant que de toute façon cette fois je partira avec un visa ED fait avant de partir.
- concernant le visa, j'aurai un visa ED qui va être fait par l'école où je vais. Je sais qu'à priori ils contrôlent mais mon but n'est pas de frauder mais bel et bien d'apprendre à la fois le Thai et le Chinois. En revanche, j'ai pu lire parfois qu'il était nécessaire d'avoir le billet de retour. Est-il vraiment obligatoire d'avoir le billet de retour??? Je veux dire, pour le moment je pars pour un projet de 6/7 mois mais peut être, qu'en cas de souci, je raccourcirai ou bien au contraire prolongerai. S'il faut effectivement un billet de retour, où est-ce que je peux acheter un billet de retour qui soit modifiable (et sans payer 1000 euro pour le changement ...)??? Je me vois mal prendre un billet de retour sans vraiment savoir quand je reviens. Je suis désolé mais je trouve ça idiot.
- j'ai pu lire une histoire d'argent suffisant sur les comptes. A combien doit s'élever cette somme (par mois ou par an)? Est-ce que je peux fournir une preuve venant de mes parents?
- pour ce qui est de mes cours, Chinois et Thailandais, j'envisage de prendre chez Pro Language. A priori plutôt à SILOM car il semblerait que le quartier soit moins touristique et donc potentiellement moins cher. Ai-je raison ou est-ce que je fais une mauvaise idée? D'après ce que j'ai pu lire, Pro Language est une très bonne école, Walen j'ai lu de nombreux commentaires négatifs à leur sujet mais pour Pro Language jamais vraiment de commentaires négatifs. En revanche, je me demande pour les cours de Chinois si cela est aussi intéressant de prendre chez eux ou est-ce que je devrais me tourner vers une école spécialisée qui ne fait que le Chinois? J'ai vu par exemple Taisinn mais ils ne m'ont pas répondu lorsque je les ai contactés. Des avis ou recommandations pour les écoles?
- autre question importante: est-il nécessaire d'avoir une adresse en Thaïlande pour faire le visa ou pas? Je comptais arriver à Bangkok une semaine avant les cours et le cousin de ma copine va m'aider à trouver sur place un appartement. Sinon comment faire pour trouver un appartement avant de venir?
- concernant le visa, si j'ai bien compris je dois renouveler mon VISA ED tous les 3 mois?
- niveau assurance santé, quelle est la meilleure chose à faire? Prendre sur place ou demander par la France?
Pour le moment c'est à peu près toutes les questions que j'ai en tête. Y'aurait-il des points importants que j'aurais oublié de penser? Si oui, merci d'avance pour ceux qui me les pointeront du doigt. Notamment au niveau de mes obligations avant ou pendant mon séjour et des choses vraiment obligatoires à penser à faire avant de partir ou sur place

-En effet j'ai été surpris de lire qu'un Français s'était vu refuser son visa car il y avait été moins de 3 mois. Sur un site de service de visa, j'ai lu 4. Mais bon... tu n'es sans doute pas sans savoir que le visa run n'existe plus ( ça a pour but de forcer ceux qui travaillait illégalement, à régulariser leur situation) rien ne t’empêchè de faire un aller retour au Cambodge.

(Je connais quelqu'un qui offre le service de te trouver un condo dans ces prix, elle vient te chercher à l'aéroport, se rend avec toi chez la propriétaire Thai pour signer le contrat de location) Perso j'ai appris qu'en passant par des étrangers c'est toujours plus cher.
Ps: En septembre je fais un Visa ED. 18000 bath (au lieu de 24000 😛) 4 heures semaines

Pour l'assurance, il va falloir que je creuse, j'ai vu une assurance au 1er euro, c'est à dire que tu n'avances pas l'argent au cas ou... 500 600 euro à l'année. Je pourrais t'en dire plus, plus tard.
