Un ami Vietnamien habitant au Vietnam veut m'accompagner à Singapour .Lui faut-il un Visa .
Si oui peux-t-il l'obtenir à l'arrivée?

En théorie il y a un accord d’exception de 30 jours pour les touristes vietnamiens mais y sont rattachées des conditions liées à la cie aérienne (toutes ne sont pas concernées par cet accord et demandent donc un visa) , il faut aussi un billet retour...une adresse sur place à Singapour...etc
Le mieux est de se renseigner à l'Ambassade à Hanoï (fermée jusqu'au 10/2) et auprès de la cie d'aviation.
Pour bien aimer un pays il faut le manger, le boire et l’entendre chanter. (Michel Déon)
