Voilà, je suis pensionné et desire quitter mon pays pour m'installer à Madagascar . J'ai été en Afrique et suis resté nostalgique de ce continent. Beaucoup de ses pays étant instable, je me suis renseigné sur madagascar.
Je souhaite aider les gens sur place et y vivre avec ma famille. Mais comment dois je faire.
Dans un premier temps le visa, mais pour resider, quelles sont les conditions?
Le prix des villas à louer?
Quelqu'un connait il des villas sur place?
Le pays est il calme politiquement?
Dangerux pour des enfants?
L'ecole est elle correcte?
Y a t il des clubs de football de haut niveau?
Avec combien par mois, je peux vivre?

Rassure toi Madagascar est un pays fascinant. C'est facile d'obtenir un visa dans ton cas il te faut une attestation qui prouve que tu es bien à la retraite, il faut ouvrir un compte bancaire à Madagascar et prouver qu'il y a un virement permanent de ta retraite dessus.
Pas besoin de chercher des villas à partir de la France, prends ton temps pour trouver déjà la région dans la quelle tu souhaiterais t'établir (le choix est vaste).
Le pays est calme politiquement, très sur pour les enfants et les adultes, il y a des lycées français dans les principales villes (Tamatave, Tana, Tuléar, etc).
Les coût de la vie est très bas mais impossible de chiffrer car je ne connais pas le niveau de confort que tu recherches.
Par contre je ne pourrais te donner aucune information sur le foot!

Pour le virement vers un compte malgache, je pense le faire par le net, moi meme, si il existe des connections, car comme ca, pas de frais.
Si j'en donne ordre à ma banque, je paye des frais enormes (tout est relatif, bien sur).
Ce que je cherche, je ne sais pas encore, Mada me plait, de reputation, car calme. Pas trop de danger pour les enfants, contrairement à l'Afrique?
Je pensais aussi au senegal ou au Mali?
Mais au niveau medical, que conseilles tu, car cela ne semble guere developpé?
Pour le reste, j'aimerai aider à developper quelque chose sur place.
Soit payer un prof, pour qu'il donne des cours au gosses analphabetes, commerce de taxi, de voitures, de vetements, de securité, ...?

Oui, madagascar est l'un des dix pays les plus pauvre au monde... Mais si tu vas vers les gens, tu découvrira que le peux qu'ils ont, ils le partageront avec toi. Les malgaches sont calmes, souvent souriants, ils ressemblent beaucoup aux asiatiques dans leur comportement, certains ressemblent même énormément à des indonésiens ou des malaisiens.
Pour les régions agréables... Eh bien Antananarivo, la capitale, est trés polluée, mais c'est là que se trouve beaucoups d'européens. Ma belle-famille habite non loin, et personnellement, j'aime beaucoup cette ville. Sinon, les côtes sont magnifiques, avec pleins de villages agréables et des paysages merveilleux, par contre, on y trouve beaucoup de touristes, pas toujours respectueux des gens et de l'environnement. En fait, l'île est tellement vaste que tu as tous les paysages possibles et imaginables!!!
Il y a des grandes villes côtières comme Majunga, Tamatave ou Diego Suarez, où l'on peut trouver un peu de confort à l'occidental, mais pas trop quand même!!!

Moi aussi je souhaite partir vivre à mada...D'ailleurs je suis actuellement à la réunion depuis 3 ans et c'est ds le but de me rapprcher de mada! je vis avec un homme bcp plus âgé que moi qui a une retraite et nous souhaiterions nou aussi avoir des renseignements sur ce pays...avec quelle somme d'argent pouvons-nous vivre "correctement" (c à dire payer les facturs courantes telles que le loyer, tel eau électricité...et manger) vivre normalement quoi???!
de plus nous avons un bébé de deux mois et est-ce possible de partir avec un jeune enfant?

j'ai vu tes demandes sur le coût de la vie à Mada pour s'y installer (location, factures élec, gaz, eau, internet, nourriture...) et je me demandais si on pouvait avoir des réponses concrètes, c'est à dire avec des prix. Ca fait un moment que je cherche et c'est difficile de trouver des chiffres exacts, les réponses sont toujours évasives...Je vais peut-être aller m'installer à Tuléar, j'ai une proposition d'emploi à 600E par mois et je me demandais si c'était suffisant en fait pour vivre normalement et pouvoir profiter un peu du pays...voilà, je vous remercie d'avance pour toute précision bien utile avant une expatriation, si vous aviez des renseignements à me fournir, merci beaucoup

Il y a des hôpitaux et des médecins à Madagascar, je ne sais pas si ils sont équipées pour traiter des des pathologies très rares mais tu auras accès aux soins. Si non, pour les cas très graves tu te serviras d'Europe assistance pour un rapatriement en France ou à la Réunion mais rassure toi, depuis que j'accompagne ce n'est jamais arrivé.
