Français, bientôt marié à une camerounaise, je cherche sur Douala ou kribi une gérance de bar ou achat d’un fonds de commerce ou toutes autres propositions. Un local bien situé (endroit fréquenté) m’intéresse également pour créer un bar « tout public » avec, éventuellement, possibilité de restauration rapide sur place (snack).
J’ai 38 ans, avec une expérience de 7 ans en Afrique dont 3 au Cameroun. Après avoir géré un hôtel à Kribi pendant quelques mois, j’ai travaillé pour une firme internationale de TP. Je suis de retour en France depuis 5 mois pour cause d’accident du travail et je souhaite repartir au Cameroun, non pas dans l'esprit de faire fortune, simplement vivre avec ma future femme, créer une famille et vivre décemment.
J’ai un apport personnel de 4 millions de Fcfa (6 000 euros). Je sais que cela peut être amplement suffisant pour payer la caution d’une affaire style bar puisque pour l’hôtel (11 chambres) que j’avais géré à Kribi, j’en avais pour 6, 5 millions de Fcfa (10 000 euros) + 20 % du bénéfice mensuel à reverser au propriétaire et que j’ai loupé en juin dernier une reprise de bar dans le quartier de Bonamoussadi où la caution demandée était de 2, 8 millions de Fcfa.
Je cherche cette affaire pour fin novembre (date de mon retour) ou pour le tout début 2010. Je fais donc appel à vos connaissances et à vos pistes. Merci par avance.

Faisant suite a ta recherche des opportunites d, affaires au cameroun, j, aimerais te proposer une affaire qui marche bien au cameroun maintenant, il s, agit des appartements meubles que les camerounais vivant en occident ou les occidentaux de passage au cameroun louent pour y resider pendant leur sejour, ce concept qui est relativement nouveau au cameroun marche tres bien en ce moment au cameroun surtout dans les villes de Douala, yaounde, Kribi car beaucoup de gens preferent ce genre d, hebergement aux hotels pour leur cout relativement bas par rapport aux hotels et surtout pour leur cadre familial ou l, on peut cuisiner et recevoir ses invites comme si on etait chez soi.
Cela dit, le car wash est aussi une bonne affaire a Yaounde pourvuque l, emplacement soit bon,
