Nous sommes une nouvelle association sur l'agglomération bordelaise appelée Batabi Oyoko Akwaaba. Nous faisons appel à vous tous, voyageurs du monde entier, afin de nous aider dans nos projets en direction d'un village africain au Ghana. L'un de nos projets est la rénovation d'une grande maison à étage, dans le village qui sera convertie en lieu d'accueil pour tous les bénévoles que vous passiez pour une heure, un jour, une semaine, un mois et/ou le temps que vous voulez. En parallèle nous construirons une bibliothèque.

Je viens d'aller voir le site. Pouvez vous me précisez dans quelle région est situé Batabi ?
Il existe des projets de suivi d'enfant, du point de vue scolaire, et création de bibliothèque, dans la western région. Ces actions sont soutenues par une ong slovène abondée, en partie, par des crédits européens et un système de parrainage par des slovènes. Un correspondant ghanéen vient très régulièrement faire le suivi des travaux et vérifier le bon déroulement des actions (primordial le suivi !).
J'essaye de vous retrouver les coordo de cette association.
nous sommes interessés, prévoyons voyage en juillet 2009 pour un an ou + avec nos 3 enfants, nous pouvons rester plusieurs mois dans le pays

notre projet a evolue dans le sens ou ne renoverons pas la grande maison dans le village mais nous allons construire une Guest House pour tous les benevoles qui souhaiteraient venir au village aider la population. Si vous avez idee a partager n hesitez pas a nous contacter.

Je souhaite partir au Ghana afin de progresser en Anglais;
Il est important pour moi d'approndir mon angalis car je souhaiteintegré une école Européenne d'ingénieur agronome en 2011.
J'ai lu votre mail avec intérêt et consulté vos lien avec envie.
Je vois que vous n'avez pas de forte action en agriculture, mais peux importe, je veux être bénévole.
Je ne suis pas exigent, je souhaite me plonger dans le quotidien des gens, rendre service, contre repas et logement.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

After 8 months of volunteering in Tanzania at a center for street children, I’d like to go back for a year in the same kind of role—this time in Burkina. We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
