Hi there!🙂 I’m reposting my request to see if anyone knows the address of a scrapyard—it’d really help a lot of people. Thanks!

Hi, I’m also looking for campervan or motorhome scrapyards to convert my own campervan. Did you get any replies? Could you share them with me? Thanks in advance.

hi there,

Following up on your post, did you get any replies? I’m also looking for parts for a campervan (need a tow hitch for a CHALLENGER 192 GA). Best regards,

Good evening, Apart from luck, nothing in breakers' yards, but on the other hand, you can find old or accident-damaged vehicles for next to nothing in classified ads or on eBay—stuff that can help! 😏 Bernard http://bernard.debucquoi.com/

Hi, My 92-reg motorhome failed its MOT (too much corrosion on the chassis rails): Challenger 280 SR cell on a Ford Transit 2.5l diesel (240,000 km). I’m selling it for parts for 1000 € (one thousand euros). Bernise in Brest.

Hey😉 fellow camper,

I’m also looking for a caravan scrapyard since I was just given one, but no luck so far. So here’s my idea if you haven’t thought of it—maybe check with a dealer or a storage facility. With a bit of luck, you never know. If I find anything on my end, I’ll keep you posted.

Later,

Hello,

For about seven or eight months now, we’ve been offering caravan parts through our association, which we hope will remain just that—an association. Weekendbleu.org is located in the southwest, in the Midi-Pyrénées region, about 50 km northeast of Toulouse. We do this more as a service than a business, and we love hearing everyone’s stories about their travels.

The idea started from our own needs for our bike and motorcycle association, when we needed to maintain our travel gear. Finding accessories for our caravans, vans, and motorhomes quickly led us to salvage old caravans, and step by step, Weekendbike launched weekendbleu.

Our stock isn’t quite at the level of a big salvage yard yet, but we’ve helped out a lot of people, and some great exchanges have come out of it...

Looking forward to helping you out! Best regards, Denis

Hi there! I’m reaching out to ask for a little advice. I’d like to open a caravan scrapyard, but I’ve been told that the second-hand parts market in France is quite limited. Because of that, I’ve been asked to do a market study. Would you be interested in a caravan scrapyard?

Hi, New to the site, I’m also looking for information on setting up a breaker’s yard specializing in motorhomes. How far along are you with your plans? Best,
