I am the photographer and copyright holder of the above image. Despite having contacted the mentioned email address asking for proof of a legitimate acquired license in order to use the image and the indication that they cannot indicate themselves as the copyright owner, I have not received any answer as of yet, about 2 weeks after my first contact. If there is no legitimate acquired license available in order to rightfully use the image, it will be considered image theft and I'd like to see the image removed, or otherwise, I will consider legal action. If there is a legitimate acquired license available, then I respect the rightful usage of the image, but expect to see my name mentioned as the legal copyright owner.
