Weather in Sicily in November

Hi everyone! So nice to be back on our forum!

We’re thinking of taking a little trip to Sicily next month with our camper van. We’d leave from our place in Auvergne, then take a ferry from Genoa to Palermo, and on the way back, we’d follow the Tyrrhenian coast up to Naples. After that, we’d head straight back to Auvergne. We’ve never been to Sicily, Naples, or Pompeii before. Since we couldn’t plan this trip earlier in the year, we’re a bit worried about the weather—especially the temperature and rainfall in Sicily. I know the climate’s getting warmer, but still... Thanks for shedding some light on this for us! Junolu

Hi there, In Sicily, normally in November, you can expect daytime temperatures between 20 and 25 °C and nighttime temps around 15 °C. I do mean *normally*. Catherine

You can still go swimming in Sicily in early November around Scala Dei Turchi.

It’s still warm and sunny
Il faut bien revenir pour repartir!

Hi there,

We just got back home to Auvergne after spending the whole month of October in Sicily in our camper van. We only had one rainy morning. Temperature-wise, when we arrived, it was over 30°C during the day and around 20°C at night. When we took the ferry back, it was still 25°C during the day and 17°C at night. I think November will be rainier and about 5°C cooler. Safe travels—you’re going to love it anyway! Cheers,

Marie Paule
