Je suis actuellement en France, mais j'ai trouvé un CDI à Madrid pour le mois de septembre.
Afin de pouvoir signer mon contrat, j'ai besoin d'un numéro de Sécu et d'un compte bancaire espagnol...
Pour le n° de sécu, pas de problème, je dis ça pour ceux qui cherchent, mais il faut tout simplement envoyer le TA1 (formulaire) avec ses infos persos et pas de problème. Le tout est de donner une adresse en Espagne, mais en donnant par anticipation celle de son lieu de travail c'est tout OK. Ils le donnent ensuite par téléphone.
Pour le compte bancaire, c'est une autre paire de manches... Etant en France et ne pouvant pas aller en Espagne pour 1/2 journée juste pour cette formalité, j'ai besoin d'ouvrir mon compte à distance depuis la France, et ce, le plus rapidement possible pour signer mon contrat...
Quelqu'un s'est-il déjà retrouvé dans cette situation ?
J'ignore ou tu résides, mais la réponse me parait assez simple :
- de nombreuses banques espagnoles ont des agences en France,
- tu choisis une de ces banques, présente là ou tu résides actuellement et là ou tu iras en Espagne,
- tu demandes l'ouverture d'un COMPTE DE NON RESIDENT (rapide et gratuit),
- tu pourras utiliser ton compte indifféremment en France ou en Espagne,
- ta résidence fiscale (pour la banque) sera déclarée en France.
Lorsque tu seras installé en Espagne, quand tu y seras en tant que résident, que ta situation vis à vis de l'administration espagnole sera régularisée, notamment par rapport aux impôts, il te suffira de changer ton compte de "non résident" pour un compte de "résident".
Je rebondis sur la réponse faite à la questions sur formalités à effectuer en Espagne.
A partir de combien de temps de résidence sommes nous considéré comme résident permanent?
ce que je veux dire par là c'est qu' à partir du moment où on va vivre en Espagne, qu'on y travaille, qu'on y vit..et ce à partir du premier jour, ne doit-on pas être déclaré fiscalement là bas?
Tu es résident permanent à partir du moment ou tu as été te déclarer à la mairie de ton lieu de résidence, ceci est "l'empadronamiento".
Celà transfère de fait ta résidence officielle et donc fiscale dans cette nouvelle commune. On t'attribuera un NIF (numero identification fiscal) demandé dans la plupart des actes de la vie courante.
Tu y paieras tes impôts, et tu auras le droit de vote aux élections locales (uniquement pour les ressortissants d'un pays de l'UE).
Pour ta deuxième question, qui est différente, lorsque l'on va vivre en Espagne, pour y travailler il y a deux statuts possibles :
- tu es employé par une entreprise espagnole, tu dois être "empadronado" en Espagne, déclaré à la SS, être titulaire d'un NIF, ton statut et ta vie sociale sont alors régis par les codes espagnols.
- tu es employé par une entreprise française qui t'envoie en Espagne dans le cadre d'un contrat +/- long, tu peux "bénéficier" du statut d'expatrié et conserver tes droits mais aussi tes obligations françaises. Parmis les avantages de ce système d'expat. le plus important est sans aucun doute la couverture sociale. Dans ce cas là tu te verras attribué un NIE (numéro identification étranger)
Sauf à être expatrié pour le compte d'une entreprise étrangère, ce n'est pas vraiment le bon moment pour venir bosser en Espagne ... "chez nous" ce n'est pas gai... mais "chez eux" c'est carrément morose 😕

Je pars en aout et j'ai qq mois devant moi pour m'installer..si cela ne marche pas, je pars vers un autre pays...
Oui c´est pas facile facile en ce moment...mais sur Barcelone tu devrais quoi qu´il arrive trouver du travail comme téléopérateur en français...ce genre de travail ne manque jamais

Pour vous faire part de mon cas, je n'ai pas trouvé de travail directement en Espagne.
La solution sécurisée est de se faire recruter par une entreprise française - éventuellement en France - pour un poste basé en Espagne. C'est possible de trouver ce genre d'opportunités sur les sites des boites. Comme parfois le recrutement est centralisé, on peut passer les entretiens en France, et le bonus en prime est que le déplacement et l'installation sont pris en charge (sans être pour autant expatrié).
Beaucoup d'entreprises françaises ont des divisions basées à Madrid ou Barcelone.
Voilà, j'ai eu de la chance que cela fonctionne pour moi, j'encourage néanmoins tous ceux qui voudraient s'installer pour un peu de temps à l'étranger à tenter cette méthode, quel que soit le pays, on ne sait jamais.
Oui, en effet c´est une bonne option mais qui marche ou non selon le secteur professionnel ...

J'ai noté toutes vos réponses et je cherche partout les points suivants sur ce forum et d'autres mais au final, la chronologie n'est pas super claire...en fait pour NIE, il me demande une adresse mais j'ai pas encore d'adresse en Espagne et c'est pas gérable de france. Pour la banque, il me demande ça mais pour ouvrir un compte banque faut le NIE et une adresse...que j'ai pas lol, est ce que qqun comprend ce que je veux dire.

Bein oui pour obtenir le NIE en effet tu as besoin d´une adresse en Espagne c´est logique puisque c´est un numéro d´identification de résident et que tu ne l´es pas encore..C´est pareil pour un étranger en France cela dit. Donc rien de très original. Le mieux pour toit c´est de faire tes papiers quand tu seras en Espagne, et du même coup t´ouvrir un compte bancaire...
Personnellement j´ai conservé 2 comptes en France et je fais faire des virements automatiques chaque mois d´Espagne vers la France. En fait je vois pas top quel est ton problème...Demande à ta banque française quelle pourrait être sa filiale en Espagne, ça peut accelere les transactions. Cependant un virement intracommunautaire ça prend pas plus de 3 -4 jours...
Mon "problème", c'est que je galère pour trouver logement et donc que ça ralentie d'autant les histoires de NIE et le reste derrière. et si je trouve job, il me faudra ce numéro que je n'aurai pas car pas de logement.
J'ai recontré qq personnes pour logement et c'est aussi le genre de chose qu'on demande à qqun "que fais tu?" "bah rien, pour le moment" 🙂...je plaisante quand même car je viens d'arriver et qu'un système inconnu n'est jamais

Pour le NIE qui est, à priori, ta seule solution :
- il faut IMPERATIVEMENT que tu trouves quelqu'un, soit de nationalité espagnole, ou quelqu'un étranger mais résidant fiscalement en Espagne.
- cette personne se portera en quelque sorte "garante" pour toi, et fournira notamment son NIF c'est à dire ses coordonnées fiscales
- avec cette personne tu dois aller au service des étrangers exclusivement géré par la POLICE NATIONALE et apporter un document attestant des raisons de ta présence en Espagne (inscription en fac, contrat de travail, sous seing privé d'achat immob. etc...)
- et bien entendu tes documents français
Pour le second point de ta question, les transferts bancaires, je me permets juste de dire "attention", cette opération à un coût fixe, et même s'il varie suivant les banques, c'est assez cher, ton banquier pourra te donner un ordre de grandeur (ce n'est pas un pourcentage du transfert, mais bien des frais fixes)
Bon...et bien je commence à voir que seul, je vais pas pouvoir avancer.
Car il me semblait que je pouvais aller à la police et demander un numéro temporaire. Le truc c'est que pour avoir un contrat établi, il faut ce numéro...le chien se mord la queue quoi !!!
Je vais accélérer sur côté job...qui à priori sera peut être la première brique à poser...d'après ce que je lis
je ne sais pas mais facilite-toi les choses...Commence par te trouver une chambre dans un appart en coloc , ça te permettra d´avoir une adresse, un toit au dessus de la tête, de t´ouvrir un compte bancaire, de faire connaissance avec des gens du coins, d´avoir une vie sociale et de profiter de leurs bons conseils...
Quant au virements bancaires comme le dit si bien Patxi en effet il y a des frais, cependant pour moi avec ing direct c´est gratuit et avec bankoa filiale du credit agricole du sud ouest de la France c´est pas cher..donc bon c´est pas non plus une solution à écarter...
Et sinon, je sais c´est un peu galère s´installer dans un pays surtout quand on en a pas encore compris le système, mais je te rassure la France c´est juste hyper galère pour ceux qui y viennent s´installer aussi. Simplement étant français on sait comment fonctionne notre système...
sinon un dernier conseil, avoir ton NIE c´est une chose, mais n´oublie surtout pas de te faire enregistrer à la mairie " empadronar" , ça peut t´éviter de nombreux déboires avec hacienda et leur terrible envie de considérer les communautaires comme "travailleurs transfrontaliers" et de leur coller 33% d´impôt IRPF...

En réponse à cette question toujours d'actu, même après six années, l'Europe avance, parait il !!!??? 🙁 Pour ouvrir un compte bancaire en Espagne, il faut le NIE et pour obtenir le NIE, il faut avoir une adresse afin de faire effectuer les prélèvements par SEPA pour les consommations d'eau et d'électricité !
