Avec un copain, nous sommes en train de monter une association pour réaliser un projet humanitaire an Népal. Notre but est d'aider de petits villages esseulé dans la montagne (construction de toilettes seches ou autre besoin précis) pendant notre périple. Pour cela nous recherchons donc actuellement des contacts se trouvant sur place pour nous renseigner sur les besoins de ces villages et qui pourra également apporter l'aide nécessaire au niveau pratique pour l'organisation...

Il ya tellement d'organisation qui seraient intéressées à vous recevoir. Je suis sûr que vous aurez beaucoup de réposnes. Sinon, je peux vous donner aussi quelques idées concrètes. Je travaille depuis plus de dix ans avec une association qui s'appelle Solidarité France Nepal (SFN) pour mener des petits projets dans le milieu rural au népal.

Je vous suggère de prendre contact avec l'association "Les amis de Laprak", dont les objectifs visent à aider la communauté de villages d'ethnie gurung situés dans le district de la Gandaki, à 3 jours de marche de la petite ville de Gorkha.
Cette association est gérée en France par un ensemble de bénévoles, en liaison directe avec des correspondants au Népal, en particulier avec les habitants du village de Laprak. Ils financent et réalisent diverses actions, notamment la construction d'écoles dans les villages de cette région.

je vais aller au népal du coté de sankhu au mois de sptembre pour apporter mon aide humanitaire. ça serait bien que l'on puisse rester en contact durant cette période pour se tenir informer des nécessités besoin dans les villages ; je pourrai me renseigner de mon coté et te faire part des besoins. et puis un contact français est le bienvenu aussi !! comme c'est la premiere fois que je pars la bas .alors n'hésite pas !

Votre réponse me fait amplement plaisir, avec un contact sur place n'est pas forcément facile alors là, quelqu'un qui vit l'expérience au jour le jour et qui en plus parle français était presque inéspéré.
Je serais donc ravi d'avoir de vos nouvelles et que vous m'en disiez plus une fois sur place sur les villageois, les besoins, les gens, sur tout en quelques sortes sans non plus gaspiller tout votre temps pour m'écrire. en tout cas, profiter un maximum
je suis ravie d'avoir eu une réponse de votre part .je compte partir debut septembre normalement si tout va bien , pour apporter mon aide dans une clinique qui est entrain de se monter dans le village de shanku . je pense rester environ 1 mois la bas, mais j'aimerai aussi apprendre a connaitre les alentours , avoir des bonnes adresses , ainsi que des endroits pour méditer (temples bouddhistes) .quand partez vous? et vous serez dans quel coin? car une fois sur place on pourrait s'aider mutuellement je pense pour les differents besoins des villageois , ainsi que pour la communication! c'est la premiere fois que je pars seule et un contact français serait vraiment le bienvenu!

ahhh désolé, je crois qu'il y eu un mal entendu entre nous. Nous nous sommes en train de monter un projet qui est pour l'instant assez vague, nous n'envisageons pas de partir avant l'été prochain pour être sûr que notre projet sera bien ficeler et trouver assez de financement. Nous ne serons donc pas en même temps sur les lieux. Moi, de mon côté, cela me ferais amplement plaisir d'avoir de vos nouvelles pendant si possible ou après votre séjour pour avoir un premier ressenti et en même temps que vous nous en disiez plus sur le Népal, les petits villages, les besoins... cela nous aiderais dans notre construction de projet...

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
