Je voudrais aller prendre des cours de langue à l'université la havane pour 3 mois et des cours de danse à coté.
J'aimerais savoir comment faire pour ces cours et aussi pour l'hebergement.

par contre à Miramar il y a une école cubaine, branche locale de SpraccheCaffé (Allemagne) qui fait à la fois école et cours de salsa : ils logent leurs élèves ;
c'est sur la 7e vers la 30e rue, ma femme y a pris des cours en mai 2011 et elle était enchantée (j'étais en promenade dans l'ile, en célibataire...)

Pour l'université, les cours débutent 1 fois par mois. Il faut aller s'inscrire le lundi. Mais il vous faudra écrire à l'université pour connaitre la date de début des cours. Vous arrivez à Cuba avec un visa de tourisme et ils vous le changent pour un visa d'études.
Mais, à moins d'être citoyenne Canadienne, vous ne pourrez rester à Cuba plus de 2 mois.

Je suis partie avec exactement la même idée que toi il y a 3 ans et demi et la recherche d'info pour organiser mon voyage m'a prise 6 mois! C'est très très compliqué de se renseigner sur les cours de l'université puisque rien est à jour, on te dit une chose sur le site, une autre au consulat cubain à Paris et finalement c'est une autre version que tu as une fois sur place.. Sauf que une fois sur place tu dépends du bon vouloir de l'administration cubaine (ce qui m'a coûté environs 400 CUC entre les cours qu'ils m'ont obligé à payer et les annulations d'hôtel en dehors de la Havane pour cause de passeport retenu par l'université pour renouvellement du visa 🙁)

L'expérience universitaire aura été très couteuse pour le résultat.. malgré ça mon expérience à Cuba a été inoubliable et ce que j'ai pu y vivre, les gens que j'ai pu rencontrer, tout ça a pris le pas sur ce "mauvais" choix qui a été de prendre mes cours à l'université.
Pour ce qui est de sprachcaffe je te le déconseille très fortement. Non pas l'organisme en tant que tel puisque je suis partie avec eux en Angleterre (juste pour les cours de langue), les gens auxquels ils font appel sont compétents, mais les prix qu'ils demandent...(!!). Ils prennent une marge sur tout.. En Angleterre je logeais pour 20 livres de moins chez une logeuse que les étudiant qui passaient par l'organisme. Et pareil à Cuba, le prof de danse que j'avais trouvé là bas donnait des cours dans cette école et bien sur c'etait beaucoup plus cher que de passer par lui directement.
Si tu décidais quand même d'aller à l'université je peux essayer de retrouver l'adresse mail de la responsable des relations internationales de l'université de la Havane (si c'est toujours la meme personne).
Ah oui, il me semble que la loi n'a pas changé donc tu ne pourras partir que 2 mois, pour rester plus longtemps il te faut sortir de l'île et y entrer à nouveau mieux vaut le savoir (il y avait une étudiante anglaise quand j'etais a l'université qui l'ignorait.. ça a fait très mal à son budget..)!

SpraccheCaffé n'est effectivement pas donné mais l'avantage, pour les stagiaires étrangers, est qu'ils prennent en main la totalité du problème, logement inclus !

Je t'ai retrouvé le mail de la personne travaillant à l'université auprès de qui je me suis renseignée. Il s'agit de Mme Valdes :
damarys@rect.uh.cuMais, je le répète, on te dit une chose, puis une autre et au final, si pour toi la procédure n'est jamais claire, eux sont sans pitié et infléxible sur leur positionnement final.
Par exemple, comme on te le dit plus haut dans la discussion, tu peux venir avec un visa touriste qu'on te changera en visa étudiant. Sauf que d'après le site tu peux choisir de prendre 1, 2, .. semaines de cours. Et bien tous les touristes que j'ai vu se présenter pour effectuer ce changement se voyaient obliger de prendre 1 mois de cours. Ils estiment aussi (contrairement à ce qu'on m'a affirmé au consulat cubain) que si tu viens étudier tu ne viens pas voyager (va comprendre..). Mais bon là encore je te dis une chose et tu pourrais t'y rendre et constater autre chose. Es Cuba 🙂

Je l'ai communiqué à d'autres personnes avant toi et certains n'ont jamais eu de retour. Pour info voila ce qui m'avait été répondu à moi concernant le lieu où il fallait se rendre pour faire le test de niveau le 1er jour et le moment pour régler les cours: "Debes presentarte en el ediificio Varona primer piso, departamento de español de la Universidad de la Habana el lunes 2 de febrero 2009 a las 9:00 AM . Debes traer tu pasaporte y visa de estudiante El pago del curso se realiza durante los 3 primeros días de haber comenzado el curso en el dpto de español

Pour le logement ca a aussi été toute une histoire.. tu reserves un logement et finalement on t'envoie chez la voisine. Les casas particulares ont du mal à comprendre que lorsqu'on reserve une chambre plutot qu'une autre c'est pas par hasard. Au final je me suis retrouvée avec une logeuse sympa, j'avais ma chambre, une salle de bain et je pouvais utiliser la cuisine comme je voulais. Ce n'était rien d'extraordinaire comme logement mais Miriam la propriétaire me laissait faire ma vie, m'a laissé inviter des amis cubains lorsqu'elle a pu constater qu'il ne s'agissait pas de jineteros et j'ai même pu prendre mes cours de danse dans son salon. Et puis c'etait bon marché et en face de l'université. Ca va faire presque 2 ans que je n'ai pas eu de nouvelle donc je ne sais pas où elle en est mais je te laisse ses coordonnées : Miriam Mejias Chamizo Ronda N°17 apartamento 5 bajos entre Neptuno y San Miguel, Vedado Tel 8791782 movil 535 274 4057

Certains étudiants étaient passés par l'université pour trouver leur logement. J'ai une amie canadienne qui est d'ailleurs restée très proche de sa logeuse. Cette dame et sa fille possèdent 2 très très belles maisons dans le Vedado (à 2 min de l'université). La mère loue un petit studio dans sa cour tout équipé et la fille propose différents petits appartements aménagés avec petite terrasse privative. Bien sur c'est pas le même tarif que là où j'ai logé! Si tu es interessée je peux demander l'adresse mail de ces personnes à mon amie.
D'autres étudiants avaient fait un choix plus irsqué en allant en casa illégale. Imbattable niveau prix mais risque de se retrouver à la porte à chercher un nouveau logement du jour au lendemain. A la rigueur ça peut ne pas être trop trop grave, ce qui est plus gênant c'ets que l'université demande, lors du renouvellement de visa, un document de la casa où tu loges attestant que tu y résides, chose qu'une casa illégale ne pourra pas te remettre.
J'ai repensé à un site qui pourrait t'intéresser. J'ai un ami cubain installé à Madrid depuis 4 ans environs dont un ami s'est lancé dans l'organisation de séjours touristique, linguistique et/ou culturel. Je n'ai pas testé ni conseillé ce site avant donc je n'ai pas de retour personnelement mais mon ami installé à Madrid l'a déjà proposé à des amis espagnols qui en été très contents. Ca peut être une piste de plus pour toi puisqu'ils proposent des cours de danse notamment : http://www.beautycuba.com/. Faut comparer les prix sachant que ça te reviendra toujours moins cher de trouver un prof sur place en dehors de toute organisation.

Tu croises Infanta pas loin et surtout tu es à 2 min du croisement de la 23 avec L où tu trouves Coppelia, un ciné et où beaucoup de gens se retrouve (le malecon est tout proche aussi) Pour ce qui est des facs aux alentours je sais que pas loin il y a la fac d'economie mais là où se trouve le bâtiment avec les cours pour étrangers je ne sais plus exactement ce qu'il y a. J'ai souvenance que ce sont des facs plutôt scientifique, peut être math. En tout cas tu peux pas rater l'endroit c'est là où il y a Alma mater qui t'attend les bras grands ouverts 😉 Pour la fac de droit tout ce que je sais d'elle c'est que tu peux oublier tout ce que tu y apprends 🤪

My pension is 1,460 €.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.

I’m heading to Bangkok for a 5-month internship, and I’m wondering about the budget because I’ve read all sorts of things—so I decided to post here to get answers tailored to my situation! :D I found housing that costs me 7,000 baht (I know it’s a bit pricey, but it’s super convenient...), which works out to about 160 € all-inclusive. So, I was wondering if it’s realistic to live on 500 or 600 € per month, and if so, under what conditions? Is that enough, considering I’ll be working 40 hours a week?

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Hi, I’m a self-employed physiotherapist in France, and as my wife (a nurse) and I look into working abroad in about two years, I’ve been offered an equivalence to become a respiratory physiotherapist in Switzerland. Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?

In the summer of 2026, my husband is being transferred to New Caledonia. We’ll be living near Nouméa. Do you know if the early childhood sector is a good field for jobs there? We’d love to swap our apartment for a house with a pool within 20-30 minutes max of central Aix, with a budget of around 650k €.
In terms of climate and geography, I’ve read that Aix is in a basin where it can get really hot. What about the surrounding villages that are a bit more elevated, like Venelles? Is it just as stifling?

Starting this spring, we want to settle near Aix-en-Provence. We're tired of living in the mountains with all the snow—we really need some sunshine and a fresh start. Is it hard to find a house to rent there? What about prices? If you have any great tips or useful info about the area, we’d love to hear it. First, I’d like to practice from my apartment. Is that allowed in Thailand? Ideally, I’d like to work part-time in a private hospital as an osteopath. I’m thinking that in Thailand, the medical field is much more open than in Europe!!! Has anyone seen an osteopath or chiropractor working in a Thai hospital? Do you know the price of a consultation?
