Bonjour à toutes et tous, avec ma femme, nos 3 chats et notre chien, nous envisageons trés fortement de quitter la region parisienne pour nous installer à La Reunion dans les prochains mois.
La vie ici, le comportement des gens, la meteo, bref, on a l'impression d'avoir fait le tour et on voudrai repartir à zero, au soleil, et ce malgré les nombreux avis plus ou moins negatifs que l'on a pu lire sur differents forums qui mettent en garde sur le taux de chomage exhorbitant, sur le cout de la vie, sur le fait qu'il peut etre difficile d'etre accepté, et bien evidemment sur la realité de la vie au quotidien, bien eloigné de celui de la carte postale.
Je me permets donc de vous deranger un petit peu car j'aurai pas mal de questions à vous poser, d'avance merci à tous pour votre aide.
1) Ma femme est actuellement en BTS NRC en alternance et souhaite poursuivre une licence pro, aimerai savoir s'il est facile de trouver des contrats en apprentissage ?
2) Moi je suis croupier de Poker, formé a tous les jeux de Poker (texas, omaha, etc...), j'ai tafé dans tous les cercles de Paris, et je souhaiterai savoir s'il est facile de trouver du boulot en tant que croupier de poker ? (je suis ultra rapide, et je deal au sabor pour ceux qui connaissent...) J'ai trouvé une adresse mail pour le casino de Saint-Gilles, l'adresse serai celle du directeur, mais je n'ai eu aucune reponse. Je ne sais meme pas si l'adresse est exacte. Il est quasiment impossible de trouver des adresses de casinos, quelqu'un en aurai t'il svp ? Si oui, merci de me les passer, quelque soit le casino. J'ai demandé aux offices du toursime, je n'ai eu aucune reponse.
3) Nous avons lu qu'il etait quasiment impossible de trouver un emploi (hors mutation) à distance ainsi qu'un logement, et que donc il fallait arriver en ayant prit un logement de vacances. Quel budget minimum faut il amener pour survivre 2 mois et pendant ce laps de temps tenter de decrocher un emploi ?
4) Niveau logement, si notre garant vit à Paris, les papiers que l'on doit fournir le concernant à l'agence immobiliére peuvent ils etre envoyés ou bien la personne devra t'elle imperativement se deplacer ?
5) Comment se passe le voyage pour amener nos 3 chats et chien svp ? Prix à payer en plus, etc...
6) On s'interroge egalement sur le fait de pourquoi pas ouvrir un commerce, sans savoir reellement quoi ouvrir, salle de sport, creperie, bref, on est etudie tout en realité, que manque t'il sur l'ile qu'il serai interessant de peut etre lancer ?
7) Niveau deplacement, ici nous disposons d'une voiture, est il facile de vivre sans voiture là bas ? Donc devant nous imperativement faire venir notre auto par fret ? Ou niveau deplacement est ce simple ?
8) Y a t'il d'autre choses à savoir ? Si oui, nous sommes preneur.

Je ne sais pas pour cette question précise, mais de toutes façons, le mot "facile" ne me paraît pas approprié vu l'état du marché de l'emploi local actuellement.

A ma connaissance, il y a 3 casinos à la Réunion: St-Gilles, St-Denis, et St-Pierre.
N'étant pas joueur du tout, je ne sais pas s'ils cherchent du personnel ou quoi. Je ne sais pas s'il y a des cercles privés, mais je pense qu'il doit y en avoir. C'est un milieu un peu spécial, je pense qu'il faut y etre intégré pour en connaitre les potentiels.

Décrocher 2 emplois, en 2 mois, venant juste d'arriver en plus... je ne dirais pas que c'est impossible (en fonction de ce que vous êtes prets à accepter chacun de vous) mais ça me paraît quand-même assez dur, clairement.
Il faut un loyer: minimum 500 Euros/mois si l'on n'est pas difficile sur l'endroit et la qualité du logement.
La bouffe: 30% plus cher environ de ce que vous dépensez en métropole (on trouve tout ce qu'il y a là-bas ici).
Pensez qu'il vous faudra au moins autant que ce que vous dépensez en métropole, ici.

Voir avec l'agence directement, je pense.
Elles risquent de tiquer si le garant est en métropole, attention. Elles n'aiment pas trop ça, les garants durs à attraper en cas de besoin, mais bon... faut voir avec elle(s).

Voir avec la compagnie aérienne, non?

Ici, c'est la France. Il y a tout ce qui est nécéssaire et même ce qui est superflu.
Donc, tout sera concurentiel.

Une voiture est *indispensable*, absolument. (et même une par personne normalement, car sinon, impossible de se déplacer facilement pour celui qui n'en n'a pas).
La faire venir avec le déménagement serait nettement plus économique, car sinon elle sera taxée spécifiquement par la douane. (voir avec un transitaire).
Sinon, il y a beaucoup de voitures d'occases (bonnes et mauvaises), ici, mais il faut compter, là ausi, environ 30% de plus que l'argus métropole.
Franchement, et pourtant je suis du genre tête un peu brûlée à mes heures, je ne ferais pas comme tu prévois (ici) de faire, sur ce coup là.
Je viendrais seul, genre une ou 2 semaines, histoire de voir concrètement ce qu'il en est au niveau potentialité(s).
Puis, je reviendrais et *objectivement*, je discuterais avec "l'autre" de ce que j'ai vu, etc...
Ensuite, seulement, je déménagerais si la décision est prise, en, connaissance de cause.
Venir comme ça, à deux, plus bestioles, en larguant tout, sans rien connaître de la Réunion, juste sur l'idée d'un rêve tropical... je l'ai fait moi-même il y a plus de 20 ans, mais comme je l'ai indiqué, pas comme tu veux le faire toi.
Et ça a été TRES dur au début, crois-moi. Et j'ai eu du bol!
Donc, je ne dis pas que c'est impossible, rien ne l'est au fond, mais des couples qui débarquent en voulant "refaire leur vie sous les cocotiers parce qu'ils en ont ras le bol de la grisaille Parisienne (ou autre)", il y en a des dizaines chaque année et ils ne durent pas très longtemps, je t'assure.
Quoiqu'il en soit... bon courage et bonne chance, vraiment.
La Réunion se mérite, c'est un bout de caillou volcanique paumé au milieu d'un océan immense... ça forge un état d'esprit spécifique chez les gens.
Mais si l'on en veut (et qu'on en a :), ça peut être très sympa.

d'accord avec le conseil préalablement donné de " venir voir avant"; dur de vivre ici: cher, loyer élevé, et en prime on est pas toujours les bienvenus ( cf les commentaires sur le mouvement de protestation des nouveaux titulaires de l'enseignement: édifiant!) l'île est minuscule et en sortir est financièrement ruineux; pour transport de chien: si max 25 kg , il peut passer gratuitement à condition de n'avoir aucun autre bagage, un seul chat c'est faisable en cabine mais 3 greffiers va falloir payer le passage des bestioles ( voir avec Corsair), attention nécessité absolue de carnets de vaccination et certficat de bonne santé; encore une fois venez en vacances, prospectez, tatez l'île et décidez après, perso je rentre au bout de 4 ans ras le bol des cocotiers! bonne chance à vous deux
